The majority of the reviews will echo my own sentiments: Cherrywood Coffeehouse is a monument to Austin's legacy as a friendly, inclusive, and hospitable city. You are made to feel at home as soon as you walk in. The staff are cheerful, the food is tasty & reasonably priced, the atmosphere is convivial. A far cry from the "third place" coffeehouses that look like Swedish kindergartens. I love this place. I hope you do, too.

I ordered breakfast taco by mistake in place of tofu scramble. They took it back and charged the difference and did this with a smile and without making me feel bad. The food was awesome. Experience, great. Staff was delightful.

The coffee is great and the girl with brown curly hair who is always wearing very fashionable outfits makes my coffee perfectly!! Shouts out to her for always brightening up my day! <3
