Here's a rewritten version of your food review with a bit more flair:

This bubble tea spot is my absolute fave, even with only 4 locations (Austin, Houston, Carrollton, and CA - I'm stalking them everywhere!). What sets it apart is the tea is freshly brewed right when you order. Plus, the prices are super reasonable and the quality of the tea is on point. Definitely worth a visit (or four)! They are awarded 3-star by the International Taste Institute.

On our way from Austin to Houston driving back with a bad mood my passion fruit oolong tea with cherry blossom jelly was so light and refreshing and the sweetness was perfect

I really enjoyed the tea. I tried the Dong Ding Oolong tea with bubbles and the Green fruit gather tea. The oolong was semi sweet with a strong rice flavor. The green fruit gather tea was deliciously sweet with a strong citrus presence. The brewing process of their teas is also very impressive. However, I will say that the bubbles (tapioca pearls) were quite disappointing for such a well renowned tea/bubble tea shop. The best tapioca pearls I’ve ever had is still Cha Community in Waco, Texas.

Small modern tea shop making boba with an emphasis on better quality tea. Tea is brewed to order so there will be a longer wait. You can really taste the tea with proper extractions similarly to what you can get in gongfu tea. They also have a good spread on flavorings, toppings, and add-on for an additional cost. Their boba is well made and have a good bounciness to them.

Absolutely love this spot—if you’re a tea lover, you need to stop by!

All of the tea is brewed fresh, and the variety is incredible—from bold, darker blends to light and fragrant oolongs. We especially enjoy trying their seasonal specials, and love that you can also buy their loose leaf teas and tea bags to enjoy at home.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially if you’re not sure what to order or want a recommendation based on your taste. They’re always happy to guide you.

There’s a good amount of seating, making it a great place to hang out with friends or family. And bonus points—the bathroom is very clean, which always adds to the experience.

Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program so you can earn points toward future drinks and treats!

Best authentic bubble tea place! And the inside is so fragrant with all the teas they brew! Try this you won't regret it!

I had Peach oolongtea with mousse and lite sweetness was just perfect for me. Usually black tea and green tea has strong bitterness.
So I go with oolongtea most of the time and today I found the place for tea in Austin area.
Love it!! I forgot to get a picture today.. I will definitely update next time!!

Tea is very flavorful. The first milk tea that doesn’t taste like Lipton. Here are some items I have tried and like a lot.

1. High mountain pong Chong tea. The tea has a very fresh and green aroma and taste. It works really well with any fruit flavor. The light green ish and bitter balanced the sweetness well. The best topping for this will be herbal jelly or konjac.

2. King milk tea. The more traditional milk tea. But the tea flavor is more pronounced. With boba and cream, it delivers a rich, smooth and delightful taste.

First, drink is good, so I gave the star for this.

I’m not sure why everything is self-service now. At 5 PM, I was standing at the counter, and before I could finish looking at the menu, the staff turned the pad toward me and told me to check out myself. I wanted to ask about the flavor, but he seemed eager to step away. There weren’t any other customers, just me. I had to call out to ask how to check my points, and he said I’d only know after checking out. Fine. After I paid, he glanced at the pad and said, "You only have 40 points." I thanked him (even though I could see it on the pad). The worst part was when I grabbed my drink, he turned and told me again, "You only have 40 points; you're far from 75." Was that a hint that I wasn’t spending enough to be a valued customer?

Chicha San Chen truly embodies premium quality with its exceptional tea and boba. The refreshing flavors reflect their commitment to using high-quality, fresh tea leaves, delivering a genuine taste that stands out. If you appreciate authentic tea, this is the place to experience it! While the pricing at Chicha San Chen may be slightly above typical average boba tea places, but the quality and value of their offerings significantly exceed expectations and price!

Great boba tea place in Austin! Not as sweet “tea” made of syrup flavors as many other Austin boba tea places. Real tea! The Oolong tea was great!
