This place is worth the rave, this is my number one go to place when I go down in highland now. The mango green tea was my number one but the oolong mango blew my mind, I'm usually not a oolong person but the osmanthus is just too god tier its slightly floral and not earthy like average oolong its worth going out of your comfort zone. The boba is also always made very well but personally I'm a jelly girl and that's what I recommend to everyone else! I tried the peach Sakura that was in season and it was disappointing, with the cost and how many times I can go per year I've now shyed away from trying the seasonal menu because of my disappointment compared to the rest of the menu.

I donât know if I ordered the wrong thing here but I feel like this place was overhyped. The inside is pretty cool and the employees are nice but, the bubble milk tea I ordered was just okay. I ordered it on their big tablet inside. I ordered the bubble milk tea and selected the sugar level âPerfectâ which I didnât really know what that meant. The sugar level options are âPerfect,â âLight,â or âNo sugar.â So I assumed âPerfectâ would be sweet enough for me, or at least better than the âLightâ option. When I tasted it though, I thought it could have been a little sweeter. However, I loved that it came wrapped in a string that you could use to carry it easily on the go. That was really cute. Overall, I was a little disappointed that there was very little customization available and that the bubble milk tea tasted just okay.

I really enjoyed the tea. I tried the Dong Ding Oolong tea with bubbles and the Green fruit gather tea. The oolong was semi sweet with a strong rice flavor. The green fruit gather tea was deliciously sweet with a strong citrus presence. The brewing process of their teas is also very impressive. However, I will say that the bubbles (tapioca pearls) were quite disappointing for such a well renowned tea/bubble tea shop. The best tapioca pearls Iâve ever had is still Cha Community in Waco, Texas.

Small modern tea shop making boba with an emphasis on better quality tea. Tea is brewed to order so there will be a longer wait. You can really taste the tea with proper extractions similarly to what you can get in gongfu tea. They also have a good spread on flavorings, toppings, and add-on for an additional cost. Their boba is well made and have a good bounciness to them.
