Ordered a standard Chic fil-a sandwich, but I asked for no pickles (don't like them, it's an overpowering flavor on any sandwich). My order was ready too fast for it to have been made fresh, but I didn't say anything, just took it home. And, guess what? My sandwich tastes like pickles!!!! They rudely just took pickles off a sandwich that was already made and gave it to me. Didn't enjoy and I feel cheated and lied to.

This has to be the worst customer service I’ve witnessed at a chick fil a ever. The lack of accountability when getting an order wrong, no greeting at the window during pay or after. I made an order for a breakfast burrito with egg whites, no hash browns, and grilled chicken. Assuming I had my correct meal (since it’s a burrito, you can’t just quickly see). Unfortunately, it was wrong when I bit into it. Told the staff member about it over the phone and that I would risk being late for a meeting if I came back at the moment. She said come back later or tomorrow. The next day, the lady tried to make me at fault for not getting the staff member name and not bringing the bitten burrito back in the very moment. No accountability

Agree with others that the parking situation is a little different than other locations I’ve visited. Service was impeccable. Lots of smiling faces and plenty of people came to check on us while dining in. Warning for parents - there is NO PLAY PLACE and there are NO CHANGING TABLES in either restroom at this location - the latter I have never encountered before at a CFA. Wasn’t an issue for us so overall still a 5 star experience!

I don’t review fast food places but this CFA location is really off the mark compared to their usual standard. My order was missing sauces and the tenders were the smallest and saddest I’ve ever had. There was almost no breading/crispy bits on them and again they were just so tiny. Gonna drive further to another location next time I want CFA

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Chick-fil-A. I was ordering food for my child’s team and because you can’t add fries to a catering order, I had to place two separate orders. I picked up the food, drove back to the school, and realized the nuggets were missing. When I went back, I was told my nugget order had actually been placed at the location off I-35.

Because of traffic and timing, I couldn’t get there. The employee assured me they don’t charge or start making the order until you arrive, so I could just reorder and pay again at the Parmer/Mopac location and then call the other store to cancel. So I paid for 20 orders of 12-count nuggets again.

But when I called the I-35 store, the woman there was completely unhelpful and basically said, “We’re different owners, there’s nothing we can do.” No compassion, no attempt to fix anything….nothing. I ended up losing about $150 because of the bad information I received. The “manager” was rude and extremely insincere. We even tried calling the owner, Ed Campos, but no luck getting through to him. They offer his name out, but then give you the store phone number to get in touch with him.

This was money out of my own pocket for a sports team, and the whole thing cost almost $400 instead of $250. I will never support this location again. Truly awful customer service. Beware of this Chick-fil-A.

Worst chick-fil-a in Austin. Always messing up orders. Always adds the incorrect items despite repeating multiple times.

Last 3 trip I had there, they messed up my order. I even verified 3 times and asked them to repeat the order, they confirmed the order correctly but still charged me and gave me incorrect items.

Rude customer service. When I ask them to repeat the order, she screamed at my face while repeating the order.

Very bad experience.

I just wanted to use contactless payment and the manager or lady was slow and rude, gave me my phone back and just said no apple pay. She then backed off and another guy was able to help. Food was good.

This location just opened they only have one person taking orders one lane is closed off there's a million cars waiting and it was impossible just to even get into the drive-thru this is a horrible experience I just left Whataburger because they were taking too long and here I am waiting and waiting and waiting y'all need more people

Went in to eat and the young female manager with black long was VERY rude especially to the staff. The way I heard her talk to them made me feel very bad. She needs a lot more training on being a manager. Shouldn't the employees hair be up anyways? Why was this managers hair down?
