Chick-fil-A is alright — the food is decent, but nothing extraordinary. It’s not the kind of place you go to expecting a gourmet meal, but when you need a quick bite and want a clean, friendly spot to sit and eat, it gets the job done. It’s on par with other fast food places, and in some ways maybe a bit better, especially in terms of service.
One thing I really respect is that they let their employees have Sundays off. That’s honestly awesome — it’s rare for a chain like this to prioritize rest for their staff, and I’m genuinely happy for them.

They just forgot my Mac and cheese, and I ordered 4 chicken tenders instead of 3 but the food was hot the salad was amazing and it was crazy busy. The line moved fast and my food was fresh the only chic fil A I will eat at.
i repeated my order multiple times because I WANTED CERTAIN ITEMS and yet they still failed to take me order right, and when i called them to tell them about their mistake they hung up in my face. overall not good costumer service whatsoever.
