Great we have Chic-fil-A in Lakeway, it’s definitely popular place and can get packed during rush hours!!! They get you out there pretty quick during to their outstanding service.
The reason I love this Chick-fil-a in Lakeway is the STAFF. The oustide crew and the drive through window crew are always upbeat, offering great service and always with a smile! They somehow even remember my extra granola 😂 Y'all are a great part of my morning. Thank you guys🥰

Upper level Managment here like to make sexual remarks about women coming in the drive through,or door dashers coming to pick up food, they make fun of Katie and others for her/their disabilities, invite minors (under 21) out to drink with them, don’t hold people accountable. Tried to talk to DZ about the situation and he wouldn’t bother to talk, KNOWING exactly why I wanted to speak with him. NOTHING was done about the sexual comments, nothing was done about the bullying of somebody with autism,. Nothing was done about people walking off shift and not doing anything beforehand. Absolute clown show from the top down. Y’all have no clue how to run a business and eventually you’ll reap what you sow. Filing every complaint I possibly can against this business and will be contacting an attorney over the retaliation.

I dont know what happened today, when i want a chicken sandwhich i dont order anywhere else but Chic Fil a but today it felt like it was not a good as usual. The chicken was like Mcdonald’s chicken patties so thin it wont fill u up. (I usually dobt finish a whole sandwhich but today i did and im still hungry i guess thats a good thing? Idk! I dont think so!) the iced tea is 75% ice u barely had some. I never really had an issue in the past but today was a huge disappointment. I ordered from Uber.

This is our local Chick-fil-a and we’ve never had any issues. All the food comes hot and tastes delicious. We do drive through more than sit inside and staff vary in friendliness but never had any issues as they will all do the bare minimum while some staff go an extra mile :)
