My husband went to this location as its was on his way home from work, he ordered in the drive thru. What he ordered was 2 Cobb salads one with no tomatoes, 2 bags of chips, 1 large sweet tea and 1 diet lemonade. He was then charged for 4 salads totaling $52 and some change. He paid bc she didnt give him a receipt just brought the food. Then he tells her this is wrong I only order 2 salads and your giving me 4. So they took the salads back just for another guy to come back and ask about the order again and he said he they were training a new person, cool! I get being new somewhere and having to train. When he was finally given the correct order, he drove one to my job and the salad was disgusting. The lettuce looked it had been sitting all weekend. When I called and spoke to Patrick I told him I didnt even want the order remade, I just wanted my money back but how when I didnt even have a receipt so I also lost out on those points bc technically my husband did pay for the food in the first place. I went back today hoping to get the whole order refunded, or the food remade. So when I told him the order, Patrick said I cant replace the drinks or the chips only the salads! That was the last straw with this chik fil a. The owner was there too but he was too busy on his phone doing i dont know what, he didnt even bother to say sorry or anything himself and I know hes the owner bc Dripping Springs is not the BIG! Any other chik fil a would have replaced the whole order and also given me my points, bc ive been to many chik fil as and I am a member, ive spent so much money with chik fil a that this location i will NEVER GO BACK TOO! Luckily I will never have to bc i have my 3 other favorite ones close to my house. This was just a bad experience from beginning to end.

Not the one to usually complain but I have been coming to this chick fil a for too long and recently the past few months, y’all have been messing up my order every time. How do you mistake a sausage biscuit mixed up with chicken. I would turn back but I got somewhere to be and the line was extremely long. Again this one of many orders that have been completely wrong. Most of the time I order 2 meals it’s not like I’m ordering a large family order for multiple people.

Saturday was my grandsons 3rd birthday party. My son went to get the food he’d ordered online and learned that they had no food order. He had accidentally ordered from a location with a name similar to Belterra and that location is in Houston. The manager was so understanding and helpful! In 20 minutes he was out the door with a food order for a party of 43. The manager and staff hustled to help him and were so sweet about it. When we learned at the party what had happened, we were all so grateful for the help of the staff at Chic-fil-A and that they saved the day. Their food has always been excellent, and with consistently exceptional customer service. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed with this chick fil a. Went through the drive thru for two drinks. A sweet tea and a Coke Zero. Got the drinks after a long wait and after driving off, the Coke Zero was actually a Dr Pepper or something that was definitely not Coke Zero. Not happy!

First chick fil A in every single one that I have been that didn't give me any sauce even though I asked for sauce. It's what gives the food the flavor. Now Im here eating flavorless food. What a bummer. Check your bags before leaving 😕
