Someone give a raise to Jocelyn. She is an immensely professional and catering employee. We brought our cousins out from Michigan to visit a friend in dripping springs and stopped for a snack. She was so nice and friendly to our table that she made our whole day. She even took the time to bring the tablet menu to us to order lunch so we didn't have to stand up to order in line again and gave our Michigan family some of the southern friendliness of Texas. Thank you Chickfila and thank you Jocelyn.

Seems like no organization for inside dining even though there were several employees. Doesn't seem that there was management. Focus seemed to be on drive through. Waited an extended time for food and a young woman walked onto the floor asking for help from two other employees as she said dining in orders were piling up. When we finally received our food it was cold. One tea had no ice. Asked for fresh fries. Waited for what seemed to be an adequate time. Finally went and asked and they had placed them at the pick up area after having said they would bring them to us. Had I not asked we would still been waiting.This used to be a very efficient location. Food quality is not the same either. After years of heavily supporting this business I think we're done.

Very bad service. Because they never put ketchup. Drive Thur or doordash . It just made me so mad . I called them ask why they never put ketchup in the bad . Know what they say not my problem!!!! Ouch!!!!

This past weekend we contacted the Belterra Chick-fil-A about providing meals for our athletes when we were competing at the Dripping Springs High School Track and Field Meet on 2/17/24. I was quoted a price for box lunches and delivery to the meet between $7.00 and $8.00. Saturday morning we stopped by the restaurant to pay for the transaction and I was notified that the actual price was going to be well over $11.00 per meal. At that point we cancelled the transaction. Thank goodness for Thundercloud Subs. They took our order on such late notice and had the food delivered by noon. It was Our Pleasure to have done business with Thundercloud.

Every time I come here to eat something that is either missing or tastes funky. Doesn't help that we have gen z playing around like animals, not paying attention outside. This time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and honestly tastes like it was rotten or spoiled. Please train your employees to differentiate between fresh and spoiled chicken. I ordered another sandwich and it was ok but still something was off.

I love Chick-fil-a but last time I went was not so pleasant. I went through the drive-thru, I waited almost 30 minutes. The kid working it did not pull up the cars like he was supposed to and kept mixing up orders. I think the kid’s name was Bryan. My large fries were not even half full, no spoon or granola for my parfait. Food was cold by the time I got home.

Do not waste your time stopping at this location wait until you get to another. After multiple wrong items in orders over multiple visits and finally flat out leaving the chicken off of a chicken sandwich I am done. Love the chain. Not this location.
