Worst costumer service I've ever seen. The sprite that they gave me had no syrup in it so it was just club soda I brought it back and told him that there's no syrup this is just club soda you guys need to change the syrup. He said okay and then continue to give me the same sprite (clubsoda with no syrup)three other times he just tried on all four machines rather than changing the actual syrup. It comical how bad these people were at their job. They all had a depressed look like every employee hated their life.

Nice to have a familiar place to eat when you are traveling and surrounded by over priced and overhyped hotels and restaurants. Also has plenty of seating. Thank you Chick-fil-A 🫶

I am a huge fan of Chick Fil A, but unfortunately, this particular location has left me feeling disappointed. For the past four weeks, I have been visiting this store around 8pm, and the service has been quite underwhelming. Compared to other Chick Fil A locations I have been to, my experience here falls short.
From the moment I place my order, I can't shake the feeling that I am inconveniencing the staff and being rushed, even when there are no other customers in line. When I try to scan my rewards for points, I sense annoyance from the employees.
My orders are consistently taken incorrectly, and I often have to double-check before leaving the store because mistakes are so common. Missing sauces or getting the wrong ones leaves me puzzled, and when I ask for corrections, they are still not quite right. It makes me wonder if I am not communicating clearly or if I'm losing my mind!
Despite my frustrations, I try to remain friendly and ask politely for the correct items, only to be met with eye-rolling.
I was really looking forward to finally getting my order right this time, especially after seeing it written correctly on the receipt attached to my bag. To my surprise, there was still a mistake and I had to request a correction. This experience is a bit disappointing, as Chick Fil A usually sets such high standards. While this location shines during the day, it seems like the night shift could use some improvement. Hope they can work on that! :)

Nice clean restaurant with plenty of seating. We had to find a parking garage to park in since it's a busy area with not much street parking. Security cop was watching inside and out.

I went in Monday like I had been doing for the last month to get a number 6 with bacon, which is a back egg and cheese biscuit. I tell the cashier 6 with bacon and milk. I head into work and as I’m driving go to open my food and it’s a tiny biscuit with bacon on it. So I called and let them know my order was wrong and whoever answered the phone asked my name and looked up my order to tell me it was put in as just a biscuit with bacon. No sorry for their screw-up, just made it like it was my fault. So definitely won’t be going back
