For a downtown location at 11pm they were very busy and still quite efficient with getting orders. The food was hot and fresh and I truly appreciated that and enjoyed my food.

the service staff who were working and manning the counter were not the friendliest when I came by on a weeknight to get some takeout back to my accomodation a short walk away after an early start for drinks. It was not overly crowded but they seemed overwhemled with takeout and food app delivery orders. Food wise, standard fast food. Still better than macdonalds or the usual. The chick fil a sauce is something that I can't get back home so its always a must!Vegetarian options: Very limited!Dietary restrictions: Not the clearest.
There is a "detention officer" sitting in the building now because of the homeless people, but instead he chooses to harass regular patrons.I (used to) go there weekly if not more and people go in and out with their bikes to grab online orders. He literally got out of his seat and attempted to grab my bike telling me it wasn't allowed to be in the restaurant.This place is a joke and that guy needs to be fired. Whoever worked the night of 1/11 needs to be removed. Acting like a hall monitor in a chick fila.The guy literally started to threaten me and when I asked if he was a cop he said "it doesn't matter who I am". If that idiot keeps 'managing' the restaurant someone smarter than me will file a lawsuit. Absolutely insane.

Excellent service. The employees are friendly and have great work ethic. If you are downtown during the lunch hour rush and looking for a quick and decent meal I highly recommend.
Staff were friendly but service was slow. Food was good but not worth the cost. $8 for a cup of below average mac and cheese was ridiculous.
