There’s always a line since it’s on campus but it moves very quickly. The food is always great, do yourself a favor get the spicy chicken with bacon and pepper jack!

Chicken is much worse than Union Chick-fil-A. Manager only gives 2 sauces no matter what, and has yellow fever. Constantly flirting with owner of sushi next door instead of working.

Went to pick up nuggets for my whole group. On checkout, I was told that I could only have two dipping sauces for 7 orders of nuggets. Manager told me "This isn't Chik-fil-A. This is UT." It's a shame that Chik-fil-A let's their brand be sullied this way.

It's sooooo expensive for fast food, but it's still one of the cheapest and most accessible locations on campus. The food tastes yummy when it's fresh out the fryer, but once it gets cold, it will never taste as good again, so it makes bad leftovers or a meal you save for later. The fries are pretty good, ngl, but the staff is overworked with 12 hours shifts, even if they're nice it's sad how tired they are because they have to stand for so long without getting a chance to sit down.
