The food was great but my fries needed more salt and they only let you have two packets like of ketchup or ranch or their Chick-fil-A sauce and also the line was very long and they only let you have a refill if you pay

We went to the Southpark Meadows location on Slaughter Lane, where Pat the manager, was so nice to us. My wife told him we had never been there and he gave us our meal at no cost. I've never been treated so nice in any fast food place and the chicken sandwich was delicious. The fries were different, a kind of cross hatch cut where you actually could taste the potato... It was very good and we will definitely be returning occasionally.

Like most chick-fil-a's they are supper efficient during the lunch time rush. Came here when practically everything was closed after the recent storm for some food. You enter from MLK and there are at least 3 drive thru lanes. Once you place your order it took no time for the food to be ready. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.it's delivery apps use this chick fil a and I can see why because of the speed. As for food, if you can pick it up yourself it's always going to be more fresh and you'll save allot more money.

The chicken is really good, but the waffle fries are always unsalted and cold when I eat them. I only get as much as 2 pickles on my burger. I would fully recommend if this place didn't support anti-lgbtq+.

This place is good because they take Dine-in-dollars for students. Only problem is they don't have milkshakes and sometimes have a shortage of CFA sauce

I can’t recommend the location enough! They always get my order perfectly, they’re super quick and clean, and the staff is so friendly. The owner of this location helped me out with a personal issue that I had here, to no fault of CFA, and was extremely professional and kind about it. I’ll continue to recommend this specific location to locals.
