Multiple visits, multiple negative experiences. I always use the drive thru, mostly breakfast, occasionally lunch. There has never been a visit where I DID NOT interact with a rude/negative employee. They frequently make mistakes on orders, whether the order is rung up incorrectly or they simply make the food wrong. The problems run throughout the staff, and the problems do not run with select individuals. I’m a Chick-fil-A regular and will never be visiting this location again. Incredibly disappointed with the staff and management of this location.

World’s slowest chick fil a
Hate their parking and drive thru. I have a little sports car, and the humps in the middle of the pull into he parking scrapped the underside of my car.

I came home from work really stressed, in a really bad mood, and I was a bit hungry. I stopped by Chick-fil-A and was lucky enough to run into Fernando. He was so kind, helpful, and attentive. Thank you for having such efficient and capable leaders. Excellent manager! I'm leaving happy and not hungry, lol.
The girl taking our order was rude, we had to repeat our order multiple times to her. They made us go park and wait for 10 minutes. Then proceed to miss an entire meal of our order. Recommend going to a different location

I placed a breakfast order through the app—this was my first time ordering from this location and using the app. I arrived at 10:33 a.m., only to be told that breakfast was over. However, the app was still prompting me to confirm my arrival and stated that my order would begin once I did so.
It would be a great idea for the app to clearly display breakfast service hours and prevent customers from placing or being charged for orders that can no longer be fulfilled. Traveling to the restaurant only to find out that my order wouldn’t be made—but was already charged—is very frustrating.
Additionally, one of your employees, Enrique, was rude and argumentative when I tried to explain the issue. He insisted that customers aren’t charged until arrival, which is not true. For comparison, at McDonald’s, as long as an order is placed before 10:30 a.m., the breakfast is honored.
I was very disappointed with the overall service at this location and with Enrique’s attitude. On a positive note, the ladies at the drive thru area were very kind and professional, and I truly appreciated their demeanor!
