I used to eat at chick-fil-a's in the 80's when they were only in the malls, probably eaten at 400 or 500 of them around the country over the last 40 years and I can say with confidence this location is by far the worst I have ever purchased food from. The food was disgusting, the service was terrible, and the employees were subpar at best. I ordered a large sweet tea with my order and it was hot, I told the girl that brought my food to the car I wanted an ice tea and her reply was "we don't serve ice tea at chick-fil-a, we only serve hot tea. I have never seen such a poorly trained group of employees. If this is a corporate store the manager should be fired immediately! if it is a franchise they should lose their franchise license and be shut down. They are robbing people.Be aware if you are going to this location it is disgusting, the food is disgusting, & the employees are the worst trained I have ever seen. Save your money and skip this place. If you do go here you will be mad at yourself for spending money here as the food is uneatable!

I ordered a basic chicken sandwich and they gave me the hot and spicy. I don’t live nearby so I didn’t even get to eat the sandwich I bought (don’t like spicy foods). Another time I ordered two original chicken sandwich and only got one…. Sad to say it but please check your bag before leaving if you go to this location. Wouldn’t recommend.
I would like to say that you have one great employee. Her name Is Erica she Understands what food is about and how it is supposed to be prepared with love, not just throwing it together. I have been going to Chick-fil-A since the 80s. And I've enjoyed your food for so long. But lately most of your employees just throw the food together. But after a few times that I have been upset how my food came out, I've talked to the manager Erica I explained to her how I like the pickles on a sandwich. Because every bite, whether it's a Chick-fil-A or a hamburger. Every bite should get a pickle down to the last bite. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant, but back in the 80s.When I used to work at a hamburger place and we were busy.We still manage to put a pickle in every corner.A square so that everybody gets a bite of a pickle. I stopped eating inside chick. Fil a for a while until this Saturday the 16th I went there and Erica was there and I asked her if I can have. My combo with an extra Patty with 4 pickles on the bottom, 4 pickled in the middle and 4 pickle on top of the chicken. And my French fries or waffle. Fries salted because I hate ketchup. She made sure that my order was properly correct and when She brought my order to me.She asked the taste of Waffle fries and they were perfectly salted and my sandwich Was made perfect even until the last bite even had a pickle. On that last bite, the sandwich was still hot with a pickle..Thank You For having such a caring Manager like Erica to make me feel good about eating good at Chick-fil-A.

I went through the drive thru and placed and order. I waited in line for several minutes due to traffic, which is understandably, but when I got to the window and paid, my order was not complete. I more to the parking space they asked me to go to. I continued to wait while they served the other persons in the line. Eventually I had to call inside to ask where the remainder of my order was. They said it was being completed and delivered. I contacted to wait a few extra minutes before the clerk walked out with it. I was very unpleased with the service. This was not the first time with this incident at the location. Another time they gave me a completely wrong order. The service at this location is unacceptable and needs vast improvement. Also I have had problems inside this store due to my lifestyle and identity. They do not support the LGBT+ community because of the company policies. This is completely unacceptable as everyone has a right to live their life and be happy. In conclusion I will not be going their restaurants in the future and recommend the if you ate part of the LGBT+ community or support them to stay away.
