Called earlier today to speak with this location to just make sure that my order has ketchup when it arrives with DoorDash and I spoke with a Desiree who was very very snarky. I asked for the managers name, she told me he wasn’t there. So then I asked for the corporate number and she gave me store # 00017. When I searched it wasn’t accurate. She said, “have a nice day” in a very sarcastic way. So now I’m forced to leave reviews everywhere based on her service. I’ll let these reviews find her… “hAvE a NiCe Day, Desiree.”

It not fair that all the teachers who came with me got a free chicken sandwich for teachers appreciation week but when I went up to get one I was told we are not doing that today it was only for Tuesday 😕 I feel discriminated against cuz I was the only black teacher there

Everyone there is nice but this is the 4th time they never even started my delivery order. Not worth it anymore and is just more of an inconvenience. Waited 2 hours for 1 order and then cancelled it to place a new one and waited 2 more hours to just never receive it. 👍🏻

After not greeting us and taking her time to do whatever she was doing (mind you there was no line) Willa got my order wrong and when I went back she didn’t say sorry and gave an attitude. This Chick-fil-A is ran badly

My boyfriend and I ate food from here 12/26 and in the moment it tasted fine, but within 10 hours we both got violently sick and have been ill for an entire day. Not sure if this was a one off occurrence but really unfortunate that it seems like we’re both suffering from food poisoning from our meal here.
