Love this place! They are always quick with fresh hot food. The customer service is top notch! I really appreciate how Chick-fil-A is doing things!Kid-friendliness: They have these little bags for kids that you can take their food in if they don't finish it or want to eat later. They also have a play place.????♀️??♀️
Love the food quality but good luck if one day you have a missing item in your order, and you call them and come back a week later to put a new order and get the missing item from last week (cause I’m not driving 20 min to get back to the store for 1 bag of fries or a cup of fruit) they will interrogate you like you are lying, and even point at my new order items saying I already got them, when in fact those are part of my new order, and they still failed to give me the extra from last week

Chick-fil-A always nails it. There's always a line here but it really does move fast. It's not the cheapest place but it seems like prices everywhere have increased. It's exactly what you'd expect. Great great chicken.

I absolutely love chick-fil-a. The only thing that really pisses me off is when they ask a name for the order and they put thanal!? I clearly said Tracy you guys need your ears checked .
Well I went through the drive through and they didn't give me my fries. Then the manager miguel(why is this guy manager?)gave me an entire refund and tried to take the food after shorting me what I paid for and at first tried to shove coupons in my face to fix it. Talked with Gabe and gave me a meal on him which I really appreciate. Gave it a second chance today mind you my girlfriend was with me again. Came inside to take a Togo order that way I can check my food. Ofcourse Miguel was working and tried giving me the wrong order... again. The dude seriously seems like he's high or something. Then Patrick, idk who he is to the company but he was eating with his family outside and their dog. As I'm leaving with my correct order finally, I see him pet this dog. I was seriously concerned when I saw him walk back into the kitchen and start touching things before washing his hands! I couldn't believe it. This dude shouldn't be serving anyone and is a serious liability! Idk how I can trust if his hands were clean when he was serving me. I trusted Gabe to get this dude on the right track but I guess chickfila will make anyone a manager. I appreciate Gabe, he understands where I'm coming from. The thing is it doesn't fix behavior. No way I'm coming here again! Gonna give it 6 months to a year before I trust this chickfila with my order. You could clearly tell the employees were annoyed with this miguel guy. Can't even read tickets correctly I couldve walked out with 2 orders. There's no reason you need that many people making 1 order. I almost got double drinks. Sad to say this place needs a serious adjustment.
Today I had the pleasure of being served by Charles in drive-thru. He was such a light and his customer service was through the roof. He made my WHOLE ENTIRE DAY!!! His smile and the way he spoke with ease to me and the next customer was truly exceptional. I love meeting people who do their jobs amazingly well when in customer service. I don't know what Chic-fil-a gives their employees for stellar service but he needs that plus a raise in job titles.I always get good service here but today was the 1st time in a long time that it effected me enough to change my entire day for the better. That young man has a gift. He has glasses and was working today 3-21-24 at around 1pm.

I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Jaelin during my recent visit to Chick-fil-A. Jaelin greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Jaelin went above and beyond to assist me with my order, patiently answering all of my questions and offering helpful suggestions. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they took the time to ensure that my meal was prepared exactly to my liking. My fries were so fresh and warm, salted to perfection. Trust me, once you've tried Chick-fil-A fries, you'll never look at fries the same way again.

Salmonella poising I got today by CFA, UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN biscuit during morning times too … make sure you poke and check your chicken before consuming raw chicken.
