I love chick fil a, I eat it almost everyday! Although today’s experience was not fun and I probably won’t be back to this location, I came on my lunch to get some food and the lady taking my order was very rude and did not give me the happiest interaction that I look forward to. I think we should consider getting happier spirited people to take orders as that is the first impression.

Usually a spot on franchise. This location has charged me and missed items the last 2 visits. Food I received was great. Just wish I didn't pay for stuff I don't receive. Management how can you make this right? I tried calling but the voice-mail is conveniently full. Please respond and pay back my stolen money. Another visit after just decided to short me my coke. Unfortunate this location isn't like the rest

Vincent was absolutely amazing in the drive-thru! He was so patient, took the time to explain the points system through the app, and carefully walked me through all my meal options without rushing me at all. Truly great customer service, 10/10, will definitely be back!

Dont go to this location. Very rude team. Team lead and Manager both had attitudes for no reason. i had a to go order it was right there they didn't want to hand it to me in lobby told me to go drive thru. Lobby was empty and drive thru was packed to the street.

Shout out to David for help to make my experience lunch a great one. Recommend the honey bbq sauce and liked my cherry coke choice of drink said it’s his favorite too. Very friendly! Clean dining room with a guy cleaning tables and taking out trash at the lunch rush and making sure the dining room is clean and ready. Would highly recommend this chick fil A and I’ll be back for more!

Nice Chick-fil-A in North Austin. The chicken nuggets were large and had more breading on them than we are used to, which was not a bad thing. Seasoned well. Great service. We walked in and got our order to go. The only issue we had was getting in and out of their parking lot.
