Paid a good amount in door dash delivery tip for food to get here at a decent time and this location missed a whole 12 count and a whole 8 count and gave me a medium drink when I ordered a large. Disappointed

Terrible customer service !! I asked about gluten free and the manager just kept pointing at the menu and asked me to look. I asked if they could change their gloves, she replied “ we ALWAYS do, MAAM!” She was SO annoyed. Just being super impatient, there’s no consumers in line, they were not even busy! Never going there again, zero stars

This location has a consistent problem with accuracy. Sauces and condiments are almost always missing, and it has reached the point where orders must be double-checked every single time. Delivery is worse! It is nearly guaranteed that something will be left out.

My most recent order, a breakfast bowl, was delivered without salsa. That may sound minor, but salsa is a primary part of the flavor! The meal is incomplete without it.

Adding to the frustration, the app provides no simple feedback option. Instead, customers are left to call the restaurant or the delivery driver directly… an unreasonable expectation for something that should be streamlined.

After repeated disappointments, I will be avoiding this Chick-fil-A moving forward. Consistency and attention to detail should not be too much to ask.

I’ve been here several times close to 1030 this morning. I was told they do serve breakfast until 1030 but they start throwing it out at 10:20 so they didn’t have what I wanted so it sounds like they don’t serve breakfast past 1020. I’m not coming back here or maybe never to any other Chick-fil-A.

The soda tasted bad. I told the lady at the counter “I pushed the right button.” Is how she started her argument with me.

I told a staffer who was finishing his food then I told the group of about 6 managers who were discussing issues and told them I’m a live case study in real time and they should fire the lady at the counter who’s the only inside worker it seems. They were kind of shocked but expressed No urgency in investigating a crisis in real time but they may hire market research later….

Now I see my previous review, I will not return. I encourage anyone else to avoid this place also.

Chick-fil-A is always a solid choice for quick, tasty food with some of the best customer service you’ll find in fast food. Their chicken sandwiches are consistently delicious — crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and served fresh. I also really like their waffle fries and sauces (especially the Chick-fil-A and Polynesian).

What really makes a difference is the staff. They’re polite, attentive, and fast, even when the drive-thru line is long. The app ordering system is also super convenient if you want to skip the line.

The only downside is that it can get very busy during lunch and dinner hours, so expect a bit of a wait. But the efficiency and friendliness usually make up for it.
