Giant waste of time, and inconsiderate.
My pregnant wife craving a breakfast sandwich place in order prior to the breakfast cut off time. We arrived at the restaurant on time, still ahead of breakfast cut off time. Their line was wrapped around the building and it took us 10 minutes just to get to the window. When we got to the window we were told that our order was canceled because we were not in front of them by 10:30, it's now 10:35.
In short, they took our money instantly, but it will take several days to return it, and although we were there on time did not give us our breakfast.
Nice job Chick-fil-A. After 30 years of going there, our family will never return.

This place has the most unfortunate lot design. It could seriously benefit from better signage. Had to circle the block 3.5 times to find the entrance to the drive-through, then the staff was refused to verify the order, and finally the chicken was cold. Next time I'll invest the 7 minutes drive to get the real Chick-fil-a experience at a different location.

Literally don’t wanna give one star too, i hate the breakfast system here because though you order a pickup before 10:30 and you come for it at 10:40 they will cancel your order instead of keeping your paid food a side for pickup.
