I love this location. The food was prepared in a timely manner, hot and delicious. I ordered the catfish with fried okra and loved it. The customer service was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this location.

Chris had rang my order up wrong told to me to wait for 10 minutes which took 20 minutes and charged me for a water than when I asked home simply just walked off with no explanation terrible customer service

We drove in from Celina, TX and were craving gizzards and livers. When we arrived we were greeted by an awesome guy. His name is David and he is the GM. David's customer service is a 1000. He made us feel very welcomed and his warm demeanor was super cool. He made my experience with Chicken Express the best! I have never had a customer experience like this. Thanks David...keep blessing others!

Absolutely delicious southern comfort food. It's crunchy, salty, greasy, and just yum. Get a big box of tenders, and if you like okra I definitely recommend it. Great for opening the fridge and grabbing a couple bites. Also this location was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly.

A bit spendy for the service you get. The fish is good and so are the fries, mashed potatoes and other sides, but to me, the chicken is very bland. You can only get spicy in the chicken tenders. And overall the menu structure is just weird and messed up to me.

This place is always on point. Their food is expensive, but it's really good and always fresh. I tried to fish for the first time today and although it tastes great, it's a bit too salty for my taste. Their employees are always so polite and so nice. I know I'll keep coming here Time and Time again. Five stars all the way except for the salty fish which gets 4 stars.
