Poorly managed. Ordered online and said ready for pick up 25 mins later. Showed up. Said they were out of beef and I needed to wait another 20 minutes for them to cook it even though they have had my order in hand for more than that amount of time.The food here is not good enough to outweigh the inconvenienceI won't be back.

Food was pretty good! Service was quick and simple. I do recommend getting a bowl, the wrap they used tasted off in some way, once it cooled just a bit the texture turned slightly gummy. Otherwise good selection and good taste!

slow as can be. took literally 10 minutes to get my order taken with no apology or even acknowledgement. the portions are ridiculously small. they gave me literally 3 pieces of tofu and when i asked for more they said it would be an extra charge. it took another 10 minutes to get the pathetic portion of kimchi fries. horrible service for over priced tiny portions.

Absolutely delicious food.I tried K-pop chicken and spicy chicken both and it was YUM.Taste -> delicious ?Price -> moderateQuality -> FRESHoverall -> 5/5FYI: They are lil expensive compared to chipotle and fire bowl cafe bowls etc but it’s worth I guess for chicken ? ? bowls

I used to think panda express’s orange chicken was unbeatable. Think again, me. The boneless glazed chicken at this heavenly portal is to DIE. FOR. just friggen stuff your face
So irritated by this restaurant. Their booth at Austin City Limits had a big sign that said they had vegan tofu slides which my vegan friend and I waited in line for 20 minutes for. When we finally got to the front of the line, we were rudely told that the "vegan" tofu sliders were not vegan and the only vegan option was fries. The employee was rude about it and it left us with nothing to eat and we had to wait in another 20 minute line for food.
