Austin Tx, Colorado St.
Disappointing customer service, they need to pick up the phone once in a while, especially if there going to accept money then cancel an orders without saying why.

Great food and good service. Mario was so sweet and nice!
Austin seems somewhat devoid of street frontage eateries (from a tourist perspective) and when I found this it was a welcome relief made better by good food.

A Korean BBQ Serenade I can get down with.
Forget fleeting salads; we're diving deep into the soulful flavors of Korea, kissed with a modern twist. Those kimchi fries? A revelation! Crispy, tangy, a touch spicy – they're the rebellious cousins of your humdrum potato. And the bowls? Picture this: tender marinated meats nestled amongst vibrant vegetables, a harmonious blend that sings on your tongue. It's a culinary joyride, a flavor explosion that leaves you grinning like a Cheshire cat. The checkout is lightning fast, a testament to their well-oiled machine. And the staff? Consistently friendly, like chatting with old pals. Seating? Always a comforting sight, a guaranteed spot in the lunchtime chaos. Four stars. It’s a reliable, flavorful adventure that consistently hits the spot.

You might get an employee that doesn’t wash their hands and handling your food or you might get an employee who is very good at food handling and avoiding contamination.

I always try to hit Chi'Lantro when I'm in town as I've been a fan since it started as a food truck. I was a bit worried with the 'new' slick look and wondered if the food had suffered. From my memory, this doesn't appear to be the case and I really enjoyed my K'Pop bowl - straight up. A good amount of heat and solid flavours, so I'd definitely recommend it. It does feel like the menu has been pared back but the famous kimchi fries are still here.
