I went in undecided between two meals on my lunch break. I asked the woman at the counter if I could sample the meat from two salads. She said I have to ask. She asked a woman and then a man both saying no. So I left. Weird. But I got in my car and went somewhere else for a salad. 🤷🏽♀️ I won’t be returning and told all my coworkers.

First time trying chi’lantro, heard about it from family. Omar and yani were really nice and helpful. And I must say I was NOT disappointed. Anytime I come to Austin Tx I’m going to come here to eat. Me and my family are from out of town and would love for one to open up in our region.

This location is my favorite everyone is always so nice! Nate helped me out with my order the other day and it was nice having someone knowledgeable to help me look over the menu. Happy to have Chilantro in the neighborhood!

This place used to be one of my favorites so much so that I would bring people here from out of town.
That being said it fell off tremendously. My wife and I both thought the food was pretty bad.
I got a burrito which pretty much fell open when I opened the foil and she got a noodle bowl which had cooked veggies she described as bitter.
On top of that we asked for the veggie dumplings and they gave us wings instead.
It makes me sad to say this but I probably won’t go back.
Lily was great at serving my food and she is a kind employee here at this location she meets my expectations to my food and understands being healthy herself

I love this chain but this specific location has really bad customer service.
I was trying to order the 'extra bites' k'pop chicken, but because of the language barrier (not sure what happened tbh it was so confusing?) she kept trying to give me the whole bowl with rice and the toppings. This lead to the lady getting mad and yelling the same word over and over even though me and my date did not understand.
My Queso fries were fresh but they didn't put any of the toppings on it & the lady seemed annoyed that was surprised I had to pour the sauce on myself after I had ordered directly from the menu. My food came in little boxes and the only thing warm was the fries. ultimately we ended up stopping 30 min later for fast food bc of how bad it was.
My date's food came in a cute bowl and was cold. I love chi'lantro for the chill environment and Kimchi Fries but was so uncomfortable & unimpressed by this location.
-go to the barbra jordan one, I've always had hot yummy food there!

Well first time here we try to visiting long time ago but we notice you guys open at 5pm anyways we decide to go today Saturday 18 -2025 and yes is not bad I try carnitas bowl is ok but not great I just think that beans need just a little bit more flavor or something so 4 start I’ll be back
