Had to come here once I heard it was Korean-Tex-Mex fusion, some of the most flavorful cuisines out there. The food did not disappoint; the kimchi bowls, the caramelized kimchi, the spicy sauces... all are mouth-watering.
The staff are friendly and nice, despite not always being able to speak English. An extra second of patience to communicate makes for a still-smooth service. (Spanish-speaking practice time!)
My only suggestion would to make the inside a bit more comfortable (seating, A/C balance, more space), but that's not a deal-breaker for me. We usually take it to-go because of this.
Overall, I'd recommend this place. We've been here multiple times and won't stop. Thanks for having us!

Excellent place to eat healthy and fast. Super fresh food, very friendly staff, reasonable prices, fast service. Highly recommended.
Vegetarian options: There are ready-made vegetarian bowls or you can choose your own ingredients.
Dietary restrictions: Since you can choose your ingredients, you know how to assemble your bowl according to your restrictions. They also have a very useful table about it.

Went for the first time last weekend and now I'm addicted. Wish there were locations closer to Gtown! Service was friendly and the place was very clean. The quality of food was great. The K-pop chicken is very similar to yangyeom or a sweet chili sauce, which is delicious. I loved having the option of sweet potato noodles, too.

I have had problems with this location! Love chilantro, but I think they have a problem with staffing or something at this location. Every time I place an order for pick up, it’s not ready, and I have to wait a while for them to make it. Pretty inconvenient and never have this problem at other locations. Also not a warm or friendly staff probably because they are behind on all their orders.

I previously wrote a review about a bad service experience I had here, but I wanted to make sure I came back to edit the review after how the incident was handled. Vicky and her employees were very proactive and were quick to reach out to me to amend the situation however they could. Vicky was very kind and apologetic about what had happened as well as another staff member I spoke to. They’ve expressed that their business strives to offer the best service possible and they very much showed that through the speed and professionalism used to address the incident that I wrote my original review about.

Wow what a great experience at this Chi’Lantro! The workers were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Vicky made you feel at home and took extraordinary measures to make sure my order was complete. Although I was running late she ensured I had everything I ordered and double checked all my bags and food. I couldn’t ask for better service. She was so personable and made me feel like I was part of her family. Chi’Lantro keep up the phenomenal work and I appreciate the fantastic customer service! I will definitely recommend this location and will absolutely return. No complaints all praises to the 620 team! Thank you Chi’Lantro!
