I previously wrote a review about a bad service experience I had here, but I wanted to make sure I came back to edit the review after how the incident was handled. Vicky and her employees were very proactive and were quick to reach out to me to amend the situation however they could. Vicky was very kind and apologetic about what had happened as well as another staff member I spoke to. They’ve expressed that their business strives to offer the best service possible and they very much showed that through the speed and professionalism used to address the incident that I wrote my original review about.

Wow what a great experience at this Chi’Lantro! The workers were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Vicky made you feel at home and took extraordinary measures to make sure my order was complete. Although I was running late she ensured I had everything I ordered and double checked all my bags and food. I couldn’t ask for better service. She was so personable and made me feel like I was part of her family. Chi’Lantro keep up the phenomenal work and I appreciate the fantastic customer service! I will definitely recommend this location and will absolutely return. No complaints all praises to the 620 team! Thank you Chi’Lantro!

I ordered the kimchi fries. This is exactly how it came. When I opened the box sauces flew out it was a mess but that wasn't the worst part. I had only about 10 fries and the rest was tortilla chips, they skimp on the beef which is now a $4 up charge. I spent 15 dollars for no fries and no meat. This was my first time at this location and they did not impress. I recommend not ordering a pick up order because it's always hit or miss. I have ordered this before at many other locations and it has never looked like this and it's usually filled with fries. I'm getting a refund because this was just ridiculous.

Came back to Austin and was very excited to get one of our favorite places. We get there at 7:20 pm for there to be no noodles (one of the three bases - they refused to make more). They were also out of lemonade. We never ended up eating. Just left and went elsewhere. Will probably go to the parmer location next time we visit.

The food here is excellent. However tonight the service was horrible. This is the third time that I’ve come to this restaurant and they didn’t have any noodles. (they seemed to be annoyed that I wanted noodles and that they had to make them) The first two times I didn’t think anything of it. The third time, however, is an obvious sign of bad management. Management here use to be great. I also went in with cash and they said they didn’t take cash. I’m cool with that as long as they have a sign displaying that they only take credit or debit. The customer service has definitely gone down.

Love chilantro but this location gets 50% of my Uber orders wrong. There’s zero miscommunication as the receipt is very clear. It’s frustrating when I order in person and they can hardly listen to my order and repeat it back incorrect as well. Even McDonald’s has quality control. What gives? Maybe hire people who can listen and read.
