Went here for the first time today and got the #1 B’BIMBAP BOWL and a Pineapple Cream Soda. A little on the pricey side ($20) for one person but it was ALOT of food and could work as two separate servings making it cheaper overall. That said, it was absolutely delicious and I am stuffed after only eating half of it. I def recommend trying if you’re in the area!

I really wish I asked for her name again because I forgot it , but she was amazing ✨ If she sees this she will know it’s about her 😂 somehow I ordered my food to the corporate account and it probably got lost into the abyss because i literally called all 8 Austin locations and no one had my mobile order. Out of those 8 stores this girl at the parmer location went above and beyond, she was super nice and understanding over the phone and quickly offered to make my order for me ! When I got to the store she was super nice and welcoming and made my order fresh. 😮💨🫶🏻 I’ve always loved the Parmer location even though it’s a bit out of my way. I stop whenever I can or when I don’t mind the drive. This was definitely a pleasant experience!if you see this, thank you girl I really really appreciate your help today 🩷

This place used to be great! As most places do, they have fallen so far!!! Their food is disgusting, dry, always either over/undercooked, and they’ll struggle to follow simple ordering instructions. I’ve been 3x in the past 3 months, and each time I’m reminded why i should never go back. Wont be making that mistake again

The online system CAN NOT handle large group orders, mind you it was only 12 bowls. Called and spoke to an employee there, while going over the first bowl she was overwhelmed. Tried again multiple times on different systems and nothing worked. Very disappointed!!

Plan to wait an extra 45 minutes for a take out bowl. They serve everyone that walks in first. If you order online, you are bottom priority. Faster to just walk in and order.
Terrible dumplings. I ordered their 3 for 1 and they weren't even pan fried....they were DEEP FRIED I also ordered noodles , asked and ordered and they forgot the grilled vegetables that I ordered so it's just deep fried tofu on top of the noodles and all everything there seems to be deep fried and nothing was great at all I will not be ordering from this place again that was a disaster when one tries to order healthy options and it all turns out to be super duper deep fried
