I used to be a huge fan. The meat was terrible. It was chewy and flavorless. The dude said "move along there is a line."

Be careful when you order the Umma's Salad. They will overcharge you for the avocado which is already included in the salad. I was charged $15.87 for the salad when the menu price clearly states $13.87.

Had three items for pickup. One of my bowls was missing 5 items so it was essentially just chicken, rice, and egg. Also had to wait 20 minutes after getting there because even though I checked in, no one thought to tell me my food was ready until I went back up to the cashier. Extremely frustrated with the whole situation and did not have time to go back and get the bowl remade because this was my lunch break. Two stars for service because they are giving a refund for my messed up bowl but otherwise service was bad.

Vegetarian options: For protein option- they have the marinated tofu, and it’s soooo good! Their tofu is why I go there.

I don’t get the hype. It’s really bad. There’s no flavor.

Okay, I ate at Chi'Lantro about 2 years ago and promised one of the owners/managers I'd write a review because they were exceedingly kind to me.I still remember the tofu bowl I got which was absolutely delicious. Chi'Lantro was the first fusion restaurant I've ever eaten at and they've definitely set the bar. If you're thinking about trying a new-to-you restaurant in the Austin area, try Chi'Lantro.

Love that I can build my own salad. Bummed that I can't have two half portions of protein. And what happened to the wings?!!

The portion is too little compared to other Chi’Lantro stores. Don’t feel full at all.

Chilantro serves amazing dishes with great service. The meat is perfectly seasoned, veggies are fresh, and the kimchi adds a delicious kick. Located in Austin, Texas, it's a must-try for Korean-Mexican fusion delights.
