Not much to say about Chili's except best tasty food ever. I love the place and love their food especially the Ribeye steak with shrimp and the Ultimate Cajun Pasta .kids also have a nice variety of food .

Ordered food spent over 50 bucks on one thing only to be missing a part of the main portion of the meal.

They never took our order and they were just standing and talking to one another never will go back to that place again Austin Texas on highway 35 DONT GO THEIR!!

We arrived got seated by the hostess and not one manager that was on the floor (3) out of the three non could take care of our table. All servers we standing looking around not once asking us if we needed anything. The blond manager went around asking everyone if they were ok but not our table. When she got to our table she turned and told the hostess that she was not taking care of our table. We liked this location since it was closer but no more!

I am very disappointed with the food and service. The steak was very tough and difficult to chew. We were a family of six, and none of us liked the food.

The food was good, the staff were looking at me weird when I walked in and there was a different person bringing each item i ordered. But the service was fast so no complaints.

The worst experience. Went to lunch today May 13 @11:55am. No staff to seat us, then when we were seated, that young waiter came to use after about 10 minutes to let us know that “He was about to lose it” because there was no staff and we had to wait. After placing our order of drinks and food at the same time, he then proceeded to say “You should have your food sometime this year”. My group just looked at each other and realized the restaurant section we were in had plenty of tables with patrons with no drinks and food. After 20 minutes and waves of people leaving, we decided to go to Pappasito’s next door. Hour lunch hour was fast ending. As we were leaving, a school bus full of kids arrived. Hope they had a better experience.
