Chili's Grill & Bar

I love Chili’s. One of, if not the best chain restaurants in America. This is the worst one I have ever been to. The service was absolute booty cheeks. I had to ask for my drink 3 times, which was sitting on bar the whole time. Mixed drink that slowly faded to mush. No apology, waitress was on her phone the whole time. Everything else was great, but it really just proves service can make the meal. Like I said, love Chili’s, so I thought I’d give this location another try. Virtually the same experience with a different waiter. They should work for the CIA the way they disappear. Honestly go to Japon next door, one of the best restaurants in town. Service that makes you feel like family. Don’t know why I didn’t go there first.

The employees at this location are wonderful. We carry out twice a week! The food is great, I just wish they were consistent with the amount of fries served with their burgers.
7/10 times it’s a good amount, but those few occasions when you get home and you have very few fries for the price really upsets the mood. Other than that I love this location.

Forgot our receipt, claimed they “couldn’t print it” tf? Forgot my ranch dip, fries and cheese were dry as hell, no workers helped us with our pickup order, guy smoking a ciggy right in front of the door.

Worst Chili's I have ever been to in my life. No wonder the parking lot was almost empty. Totally inexperienced staff. I wasn't asked where I would like to sit, the young man took me to the bar area. A bartender came over, got real close to me and asked me what kind of drink I wanted. I told him I just wanted a menu. He left and I couldn't get his attention. I saw two employees talking nearby, they may have been greeters. I motioned to one of them and she waived back. Waiving in a restaurant means the customer wants service.

The bartender came back and I had questions about the menu. He spoke so fast and quietly I could not understand a word. I finally ordered from the lunch menu, 3 items for a given price. I needed a drink without caffeine or sugar. They had bottled water, cool. But later they said they did not. He offered tonic water, loaded with sugar?? When I received my food the fries tasted like they were 3 days old leftovers out of a refrigerator.

I then received the check which was about 40% too high. He said the water wasn't part of the deal, he charged me separate for that, but they didnt have the water. They adjusted the price.

I tried this place only because I had just been discharged from a hospital and was staying next door in a hotel. I was hungry and in pain and just wanted something fast. I was not in a mood to argue. Never again

Best service from Kevin and Patrick. They are both very attentive. The food and drinks were great as well. Will definitely be back!

Service was bad. Did not get what we ordered without asking for it several times. And we still did not get the garlic bread with our meal.

Service was Texas friendly. Ribs were tender and melted off the bone with every bite, with a slight crisp BBQ crunch. Corn on the cob was savory with butter and herbs.
