My comments are not to the location management. I don't believe the store has any influence on the quality dishes and recipes. My comments are to corporate.

Before I go further I need to share I have not eaten at Chili's in six years. We dined there tonight because my son's team chose it. My last experience prior to this was a disaster in all aspects. Including service.

The food was horrible. I can pay the same price for a much better Fajita Trio at many other restaurants. I zoomed-in on my picture of the shrimp. To explain accurately the small shrimp was smaller than a salad shrimp. The pictured meal on the menu showed large or extra large shrimp. The cooked shrimp in this dish had maybe post cooked medium shrimp. So, sad the menu is misleading.

The beef, chicken, and shrimp were overwhelmed with Cumin. If I wanted a over spiced bowl of chili I would have sought it. A Fajitas should have a smoky garlicky flavor. The proteins were nothing but a taste of Cumin.

The service was excellent in all the team's needs. The atmosphere was awesome. We were seated near the bar where viewing the evening games was easily viewable.

I never voiced or complained to anyone. Next time I will pass on a team meal at Chili's. Needless to say I will never dine there again.

I’ve ordered from this location a couple of times and it’s hit or miss- the to go workers are nice, but each time I’ve ordered the baked potato soup tasted like it’d been sitting for a while.

I love this location. We come here almost every Sunday after church. One of the seniors who works here named Matthew is always on point and brings great service ALWAYS. Y'all need to give him a raise forreal.

First time dining at chilis the food, and customer service was amazing our server Jayden was amazing he made sure we were straight and made sure we got everything situated.. the food was amazing we got the 5 crispy chicken which I didn’t think they were gonna be big ones and the alcohol drinks were amazing I had got the Tito punch and the don Julio marg I think that was but overall though definitely going to come back and tried the Cajun pasta

Typical chilis only this one is very well maintained and run. They clearly care. Food was fast..hot and yummy. Mixed drink was Hella strong..top shelf margarita.
