It’s sad to hear the staff gossiping and carrying on rather than be intent on their roles. The Caucasian boy with the mullet usually wears glasses was asking the bartender with red hair about his hair while she had a drink to deliver in her hands slowing her down as he always talks how he is a bartender in past visits; the Caucasian girl who bartended before was giving so many side eyes made me rethink of if I should eat my food for possible food tampering *to be determined * . This disgusting behavior where I come for a meal and nourishment is appalling.

I ordered a rack of ribs, gross. There was more fat than meat on the bone. Used to love the ribs here, unfortunately, the cooks do not know what they are doing. 🙁

The people are great. Deals are good. Don’t go for the afternoon shift. 3 for me is great if you have a good severer. You won’t, sit at the bar. Problem solved.

Great service! Shannon is amazing so if she's your server, you will be taken care of. She does her rounds to check on your frequently but not too frequently. Gave very descriptive recommendations, and got along with our whole table. Food was served hot and they had our steaks cooked to perfection. Very impressed with this Chili's location.

Naomi is the best server I ever had she was so sweet and helpful. cannot say enough good things about my experience—Naomi was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every way. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care truly stood out. She not only exceeded my expectations but made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is this dedicated and passionate about what they do, and it shows in every detail. I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Austin at Chili’s, and let me just say—he is a precious baby angel sent straight from heaven. His attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear from the moment he approached our table that he was truly dedicated to giving an amazing dining experience. Not only did he anticipate our needs before I even had to ask, but he also made sure everything was perfect every step of the way. I honestly can’t recall the last time I received such outstanding service. Austin genuinely deserves a raise, or maybe a promotion, something to recognize the level of care and expertise he brings to his role.

And the food? 10/10 Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish, and Austin played a huge role in making it unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to have him as your server, consider yourself blessed. Hands down, some of the best service I’ve ever had!
