Spent $100 just to get old cold fold .
3 meals and all of them where old food .

Triple dipper old wings definitely nothing was fresh the mozzarella sticks where old & cold and no cheese pull burger slider meat was tough cold and old .
And the burger was old cold as well . I should have known i tried chilis about 2 1/2 yrs ago and got food poisoning because the food was not fresh . Definitely not eating chilis ever again always a horrible customer service experience .

Had an awesome waitress. Had the lunch special, which included soup , salad, drink and chips and salsa. A LOT of food. And all was great. Loved the thin and crispy chips with salsa.

Whoever's in the kitchen tonight is COOKING. This Chili's has the most fresh and tasty food, way better than any other location I've been to.

Food was great when it finally came and the waitress was nice however the service was terrible unpleasant and completely pissed me off. No one seems like they can't comprehend on what we wanted to order kept getting my drink wrong. Idk if I'll visit again.

Elijah has been such an amazing server every single time I come to this location, giving my friend and I the absolute best experience. This has been my friend and I’s frequent location and we will ask to sit in his section because of how sweet, polite and welcome he is!

I would call this the worst dining experience I’ve ever had but the food never came out so I can’t even rate the dining experience. After 90 minutes of waiting we were gaslit by the waiter about ordering and then still forced to pay…unbelievable

So... the service is HORRIBLE! The host was incredibly rude, I guess they don't need our business. Ok no problem! We went elsewhere. Literally turned around and walked out, Labor Day. We walk in, the music is incredibly loud! I worked in restaurants for years, dishwasher, busser, prep cook (4am shift!), cook, and waiter. So I know how restaurants work. Before the customers arrive, we always cranked the music LOUD. why not? But after the customers arrive, back to simple background music.

So we walk in, I ask politely if they could lower the volume. The host hems and haws, has quite an attitude and acts like he's doing US a big favor to even look into it! He quickly let us know: they don't need our business. I'm glad there are dozens of good restaurants within a couple of miles. We went to Saltgrass Steakhouse instead.

But other nearby choices are Olive Garden, BBQ, Tex-Mex, chicken wings, and many more restaurants.

Took about 5 minutes to be seated, which was great. However, getting a drink put on the table took a mere 20 mins. To make matters worse, ordering and receiving food took about an hour. It was late so I made an exception to this. However, the Just Bacon Burger tasted like oil and the bread was seared to the point of a stale texture. Overall, it was a pretty sorry experience even for Chilli’s standards. Save the trip and if you have kids just take them to a McDonald’s with a playground for heavens sakes, you have to have the patience of a turtle race referee to be here!

Kid-friendliness: Brought a baby, was never offered or brought a seat.
