My server Victoria was amazing! My survey timed out but I wanted to express how good her service was. She was so sweet and attentive, she met my needs right away! She gave great updates on my meal status, recommended a good (and strong) drink that was pretty cheap! Yum! I got the classic triple dipper and it came out within 7-10 minutes, and she made sure everything was to my liking. A true gals gal, she made my solo date fun! I will definitely be back, this is now my favorite chilis!

I was chronically homeless for five years and was visiting Verizon. I am gainfully employed now and this was an amazing opportunity to enjoy an amazing burger and fries!

I visited last night and food was horrible. I ordered the 3 for deal, burger, soup and drink. My burger was burnt, hard crunchy mess. I told the waitress and she offered a remake which I declined and said I was ready to pay for the soup I had consumed which was part of the meal deal. She said she would talk to manager to see what needed to be done. To my surprise the manager never showed up to see what was the problem, totally unacceptable. Chili's do better!

My partner and I stopped by this Chili’s location after a long night out, and we were so glad we did. The experience was fantastic from start to finish! We came in around 10 PM on October 27th, and even that late, the energy and service were wonderful. I didn’t catch our server’s name, but she was incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming 💖✨

Our food came out super fast and perfectly prepared. I ordered the Dragonfruit Lemonade, which was the perfect mix of sweet and refreshing. For my meal, I got the Ultimate Cajun Pasta with extra chili seasoning, green onions, and tomatoes and they actually gave me extra of everything! It was flavorful, creamy, and full of spice. They even added an extra slice of garlic bread, which was such a nice touch. Which by the way, the garlic bread was actually super good, garlicy and soft, not burnt or too crunchy. On the side, I ordered two Honey Chipotle Mozzarella Sticks, and honestly, they were so good I could’ve eaten a dozen more. The sauce was just so good tonight on those mozzarella sticks. I also got a side of their loaded baked potato soup and it was super warm, creamy and made my mouth drool! 🤤

My partner went with the Triple Dipper, as he always gets, choosing the burger bites, Nashville chicken tenders, and the Nashville mozzarella sticks. Everything was great except the first batch of burger bites, which came out overcooked. We mentioned it to our server and she handled it so kindly. She immediately offered to have them remade and the second batch came out absolutely perfect (that’s actually what’s in the picture below!).

The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and inviting, even late at night. The bathrooms were tidy, the tables were spotless, and the atmosphere felt upbeat but relaxed.

Overall, this Chili’s is way better than the Cedar Park location we usually visit, the service here felt so much more personal, and the food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. We’ll definitely be coming back soon :)

I wish i could give zero stars. Was seated and waited 24 minutes and not server even showed up. 3 servers were in the corner just talking like nothing was going on. Left without even nobody even seemed to notice. Horrible Horrible service.

My wife and I both had a burger on the three items for $10.99 special. Our burgers were perfectly cooked! Better than I expected. Our server Cade was very attentive to our needs! Excellent service! The restaurant was not very busy.

The staff is friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the 3 for me, as the food was hot and yummy. You can often find multiple tvs with different sports games on. Keep it up Chili's. 🙂

It seems that Chili's no longer allows you to specify how you want your burger cooked (pink or no pink). Since they've taken that choice away, their burgers are medium-well to well-done. I actually had a burger that was crispy on the outside and so dry on the inside that I had to take a drink after nearly every bite. Also, the service at this particular location is terrible in my experience. Unfriendly, disorganized, and slow. I once had to get up and get my own silverware, for example. Pretty hard to recommend when it's just so mediocre.
