Terrible experience. We are active chillies goers! We go at least 3-4 times a month! We've always loved it. We had an appointment near this location so we stopped in. Walked in at 6:15, order by 6:20. There was not more than 6 tables with customers at this time. While we waited and waited for our food to come out, we sat there and watch 2 girls, not dressed in chillies clothing, wearing flip flops, short shorts and t shirts playing tickle fights with the bald headed manager as well as the bartender running back and forth into the kitchen. Alarming by the cloths and appearance and how they ran around the kitchen. Me and my wife waited 30 minutes for food watching this. We asked why it was taking so long and were told that they were short staffed. This was clearly a lie and they forgot. I confronted the manager after we got the food brought to us 45 minutes later. We had to get it to go at this point. Looking forward to finally eating my cold burger when I get done with my meeting and find they put everything on it that I specifically asked to have left off. Soggy mustard burger went in the trash and now I write this 1 star review from the whataburger drive through. I'll be sure to Stick to the lakeline location!

Absolute trash service, which is unfortunately becoming too common at restaurants. I was one of 2 tables and waited nearly 30 minutes for chicken fingers. There was no one in the restaurant when I got there. The manager/shift leader called me a liar and was absolutely rude. She said it wasn't 20 minutes, but only 10 minutes. She must have forgot she was the one who greeted me when I got there. It also meant the server forgot to put in my order and remembered when I asked what was taking so long since they weren't busy. There's no accountability, so I don't expect much to come of this review. But I'm hoping.

Tonight I went to eat here with my family and it was sooo good! Everyone there was so respectful and sweet to me and the wildberry tea is the most delicious drink I have ever had! I LOVE YOU CHILI'S!!!!!

While the food is decent expect to get your drink order and wait about 15 mins or more before having your order taken. I came here about a month ago and same issue. I could understand if they were packed but just like the last time barely anyone here. They are all in the back chatting. The people are nice but the wait to order food or ask for sugar or cutlis abysmal. I won't be returning.

I ordered Uber eats, and my avocado on my salad was brown and nowhere on your description for the chili. Did it say spicy and I cannot eat spicy food. Also, the chili was awful… Like mush.

We love how this Chili's stands out! The food is great. We get the double cheeseburger and trio chips with questions! Love the drinks and want to try the chocolate lava cake Wow saw on another's table with a big scoop of ice cream! ?Kid-friendliness: This place had Mac and cheese! Plenty of choices for kids or to make you feel like a kid!
****0 STARS****Do not come to this location Im surprise they are still running honestly. The last three times I've been here has been a bad experience, which was March and my last time was last night, my husband order a burger (Santa Fe) and in hopes for a chance to actually get a tasty burger with NO PINK. Well definitely didn't get a cooked burger it was cold and raw. Waiter suggested a reFire but literally that sandwich tasted like it came out of the dumpster from the back. My husband still paid for it but we definitely vowed not to return there.

We've given this place a shot several times and they always disappoint! Service is abysmal no matter what time of day it is. Staff is always in the back chit-chatting and forget to attend to customers. Food is always great though, but we're never returning to this location ever again!
