Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had an online order and it was literally half empty, they tried to hide the little bit of rice and meat they gave me with a lettuce. I tried to call to speak with a manager and the worker acted like she didn’t understand English and hung up.!

This location is hoarding the online orders behind the bar instead of on the pick up shelving. They just make the orders and throw them aside. Nobody calls out names and they all act super annoyed when you ask about your order. Meanwhile the counter service is buzzing by. What was the point of ordering for pick up?!

My food was late, cold and stressful to retrieve.

My entree bowl was half empty and i got a half empty container of queso. I usually enjoy this location but they have been slacking off lately. I only got a small portion of food. Very disappointed.

I was craving Chipotle last night went in around 9pm , i started Ordering a bowl to dine in... no brown rice I was like fine I can do with white rice I get chicken as my protein then I go to add sour cream... no sour cream as well
The sour cream makes the bowl not as dry also adds flavor ... so I add gauc witch I did not plan to get so my meal wouldn't be dry as the desert... I get salsa on the side but the salsa I got was at the bottom of the container with corn and lettuce in SMH
How can a multi million dollar company like Chipotle allow this... I most likely will not return . The staff was nice on a good note

This is one of 2 locations I only visit in the area. The portions are good here, but I advise that this location gets very busy. I recommend ordering ahead on the app. With it being known that it gets busy, when one finds a place to sit for dine-in, just know it probably will be dirty. If eating outside, local birds and insects will not shy away from your food.

The bathrooms are always closed. And they make the excuse that they are cleaning them. Every day they close it so that no one uses them. I guess they don't want to clean them. So I don't know why they put bathrooms.

You know you go to Chipotle to much when the people behind the counter can start making your order before you start to order. LOL Whatever this place is delicious and the people here are great!

I always order the same chicken burrito for my son. I received good service from the employees. I asked for more chicken without any issues. My only complaint is their bathrooms. They need to keep them clean.

My rewards accounts was glitching and I was unable to redeem the free drink. Irma the general manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Truly not recommend this chipotle location.
