About the best rice ever

My experience tonight was unpleasant and disgusting. While I was ordering, a cockroach flew, let the employees know, and they just stared at me, and I showed the photo to the register and his answer was, oh, if at all, they get in and I said he flew behind the counter into the line. And no less important! They should clean up more and the health workers would inspect the restaurant. Poor hygiene🤮👎

This is my experience at this location.
I felt discriminated by the manager in charge which is a Latin woman. Last week, they forgot to put my side of Queso, and when I told the manager, she asked me for my receipt. I told her that I don’t keep them, so she replied, “there’s nothing I can do” with a rude attitude. I told her I go there everyday and they already know me. She still didn’t not apologize and kept saying she was doing her job. I made a call to the corporation to make the complain. I did not appreciated the way she handle it at all. Luckily came back home and I found my receipt. I hope no one goes through the same I went through. I’m not going back to that place again.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. No utensils in the bins. When I asked nicely for a fork, so I could eat my food, I got attitude and was told to use a spoon. I then asked again for a fork and finally someone went to the back and brought some out after a short wait. When I refused to use the single one she tried to hand me, she slammed the rest into the togo station and I had to ask someone else to get me one. Absolutely floored how rude these people were. Standing around and flat refused to help. Will never return to this location.

Come here if you want a half assed bowl, half a scoop of rice & to deal with rude employees who forget to give you what you paid for then slam it on the counter when you ask for it.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location today. I asked for extra chicken and made it clear that I was aware it would cost more and that I was willing to pay for it. Despite this, the employee repeatedly refused to add the extra chicken and kept going back and forth with me, insisting “no” over and over again. He kept asking if I wanted it or not, and at that point, I no longer did not because of the price, but because of how I was being treated. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I’ve never had this kind of issue at other Chipotle locations. Customer service definitely needs improvement here.

Staff was extremely rude to me and shorted me on all food items, wouldn’t look me in the eyes, and made me feel very uncomfortable. Hopefully this gets fixed. L Chipotle

$13 for this chicken bowl is a complete joke. I have never in my life finished a bowl in one sitting (typically 1.5-2 meals for me) and this isn’t enough food for 1 meal alone. Half scoops is unacceptable. If I asked for everything on the side, I would’ve gotten more.

Bruh I come here and they gave me barely any food the bowls don't even look like the photos anymore like chipotle what's going onnnnn and then making me pay 14$ like whattttt girl... Bring back old chipotle

The last few times I’ve gone, the staff is super helpful except the manager. Doesn’t smile, always looks mad or annoyed. Isn’t helpful when asked questions. Definitely needs a new manager to get Chipotle standards corrected.

The small portions are ridiculous. Asked for extra rice and gave me the normal scoops, asked for extra lettuce and gave me the normal scoops. Gave half a scoop of brisket and half a scoop of queso. If I’m paying for them I believe you should give the full scoop. Worst chipotle in the area portion wise.

UPDATE: Decided to give it another try and it definitely depends on who works because the woman with the black glasses that was working today around 2:30 was AMAZING! I asked for extra lettuce and she gave me extra lettuce! She was super sweet and brightened my day. I will say their meat and rice portions are still super small but she definitely helped with amazing service on the veggie area!

Recommended dishes: Burrito Bowl

Went on my lunch break and the girls at the register were just on their phones. It was $36 for a veggie bowl, chips and queso and a burrito. Asked the lady ‘Maria’ for more chicken because the burrito is huge and she literally gave me like 5 little pieces of chicken then said it would be extra for more the audacity to charge me more when she didn’t even give me a full spoon the first time. Then I asked her if she could toast my burrito and she told me she couldn’t. I mean wow then to top it off I paid extra for chips and queso and the chips were stale. So I think maybe hire more friendly staff.

The people on the line barely gave me any food. The expo person who I think is usually a manger forgot to give me my sauce on the side. I had to reach in front of her to grab it bc she was too busy on her phone. Then they stuff my whole bowl and chips in a small bag and said they were out of the big ones. There were multiple people getting big bags so I’m unsure why my food got tipped vertically.

The lady behind the counter was not professional. The place is not clean. They don’t help with ordering, too busy pushing you through the line.
