This is the worst chipotle location. I ordered a salad…didn’t put salad in it. I noticed after he put the rice/beans/meat, and he said want it on top…well I guess I have no other option. The amount of meat and beans/rice they give you is crazy. They usually hook you up at chipotle…I was lucky if I got a 1/8th of a cup of chicken. I went home and added some frozen frozen chicken from H-E-B to my $18 bowl. Their portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous. The salad was super sad. I have went one other time to this location and it was exactly the same. I was in the same area, but I will drive the extra few miles to the location on Lamar to get what I paid for. It seems this is a common complaint for this location, why isn’t the management doing something about this? Def going to complain to corporate since they don’t seem to care.

My bag busted because they overfilled my bowl, and it was leaking. Eventually, both of my bowls fell out of the bottom of the bag in my car and onto the ground.

we saw a cockroach happily hanging out in the benches after we ate. We notified customer service but they seemed unconcerned.I have worked with Pest Control, and if a cockroach is this happy in a busy place in plain daylight, no wonder what's going on in the kitchen or at night when it's dark and no one is looking.

I’ve ordered delivery on the app two nights in a row and the food portions have been ridiculously small for paying almost $50 for each meal. The first night we ordered 1 bowl, a kids meal, a large guac and chips. The chips were barely the size of a regular size bag of chips. I asked for utensils and they weren’t provided.I ordered tonight. 1 bowl, 1 salad, and 1 bag of chips. The salad was $20 because it was carne asada. There was hardly any lettuce in the bowl and minimal steak. I paid $20 for guacamole with lettuce garnish. I also asked for no onions and they put onions on the salad. And again asked for utensils and they were not provided. Extremely disappointed for paying $45+ for each meal.
We like to get bowls also chips and queso. Very filling.
