We have had absolutely zero luck with this location. The first time we went, all the lights were on, no closed sign on, people were there door was unlocked, we walk in, “oh we’re not open.”the next time we go no electricityand we’ve tried ordering from you two times and you keep messing up the orders I use different apps like Favor DoorDash, and I get told by the runner, “they don’t have your order. “How is that even possible? and then when the favor runner is standing in line waiting for them to remake our food, as he’s standing in the line”oh we found your order’”we waited almost an hour and a half for a food and when it got here it was wrong!!!!I had a very sad child. I’ve lived in this area since 2008. All we’ve ever wanted was a Chipotle. We were so excited now. Very very very disappointed

I've been a Chipotle fan for years, but my recent experiences at the Belterra location have left me thoroughly disappointed. This was my third visit since its opening, and sadly, it seems like they're struggling to get their act together. From the moment you step in, you feel like you're invisible. The staff seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. On all three visits, I've had to endure agonizing waits for basic protein options like chicken or steak, with two instances where I had to wait 3-5 minutes and one dreadful occasion where I waited over 30 minutes after being ready to order. It's evident that the employees have no sense of timing or production efficiency. However, what truly soured my experience was the sheer rudeness and lack of respect displayed by the staff. It's disheartening to see a brand I once loved fall short in such fundamental aspects of customer service and professionalism.

Line wrapping around inside. No urgency very slow service, maybe kid was new. One guy on the line and a girl on the register. Online rules all and walk in seems to no be a priority. Maybe growing pains as it recently opened. Was 4:30 after lunch rush but start of dinner. Dining area not being bused and wiped.My other experience as a togo was not good either. So far not impressed. It’s by my house so I’m sure I will be back. Will update if they improve but so far, not so good.
We love supporting our new businesses here in Drip and do understand new opening issues.After a 35 minute extra wait for a call in order and then to get home and find out one bowl had zero carne asada which was clearly ordered and and the other bowl 4 slivers of meat when double meat was ordered, just ain't going to cut it here guys. Please get it together soon. My wife is on her way up there to hopefully get it corrected.We'll keep trying. We do love Chipotle's food!
