This is by far the worst location I’ve visited. If it weren’t so close to the university, I doubt it would stay in business. I arrived at 11:05 a.m. to pick up my order, only to find the store still closed—even though their posted hours say they open at 10:45 a.m. I waited until 11:20 a.m. and finally gave up.
This was especially frustrating during one of the toughest weeks of the year for me. All I wanted was some comfort food from Chipotle, and they completely let me down.
The food quality is also hit or miss. I never know if the rice will be undercooked, overcooked, or just right. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

Never experienced such thing. Other places…after you sit and started eating..if you feel you need more sauce, cheese, sour cream…they always offer.

This is probably the worst run Chipotle that I have ever been to. Severely understaffed. Every table is dirty, there was no guac and no chips. The portions were wrong. Just awful have some pride in what you do. They even ran out of tin covers for takeout 🤦♂️

First of all, they’re so measly with the food rationing. Half the times they don’t even have basic ingredients like cheese or rice or beans(or even chicken). Even when they do, they give so little food it feels like you’re paying for nothing. I got a kids meal and I finished it in one normal bite. The customer service is even more disappointing. I always eat chipotle but I’m not coming back to this location.

Previously before i went this time i asked for chicken and they gave me the honey chipotle chicken without telling me and charged me! i didn’t even realize until i got home and then i went again today to get a bowl and a tortilla and they rudely said no?! i don’t have to explain myself to create two burritos but the service is absolute horrible
