For some reason the portion sizes at this location are so tiny. I have gotten a bowl from here multiple times and they only fill it up half full. The workers at this location also always have the worst attitude. There’s one cashier that is always screaming at people that use the water cup for a soft drink. I understand they must enforce this but it seems very unprofessional. I’ve learned my lesson. I won’t be back.

They opened the restaurant 20 minutes late and the food. It tasted like it was stale. Very disappointed.

TLDR: Just go to cabo bop 2 blocks down for value and quality 😌
Chipotle aint wat it used to be
Sides were still frozen; tomato salsa frozen and corn salsa frozen, like what? So much for it being fresh and oh yeah the guy that works there giving people 1/2 of a scoop of protein when its steak but a full load when its chicken and only adding literally 2 pieces of meat in when you call him out on it, i wish u well. Keep having ure employees be skimping and serving near frozen salsas and stock will def keep going down. I hope u guys survive
HORRIBLE LOCATION. workers are extremely rude and act like they are forced to be there. no ingredients ever. only good thing is that it’s close to campus so not any options

I HATE THIS PLACE. THEY NEVER HAVE ENOUGH WHITE RICE OR CHICKEN WHICH I DIDN’T KNOW IS POSSIBLE SINCE THEY SHOULD KNOW THEIR MARKET AND THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WHO COME IN EVERY DAY. THEY HAVE BEEN HERE MORE THAN A DECADE AND STILL CAN’T ACCOMMODATE. Dear Chipotle C-Suite, please fire all management at this location and bring in new people because I can’t do this anymore. The only reason that this location hasn’t closed down is because Cabo Bobs is a mile away and sweet green is more expensive. If something doesn’t change , this location’s day of reckoning is coming.

It's ok in a pinch, but I don't even know why I still go here. It's alright like 60% of the time. Portion sizes are always small whether in person or online. Some staff are rude, and maybe it's because they run out of all the ingredients by noon. How is that even possible? They should really just close if they only have rice left.

I walked in at 8:30 pm, I understand it is a campus location but the place was disgusting.
I asked the cashier guy I wanted just chips and he said he only had large chips. Which made no sense.
Food was overall cold and only ate half of it.
Never been so disappointed.

Sorry, but this might be the worst Chipotle location internationally. Too many complaints to write. Always bad - in every way possible.

Ridiculous, Elderly gentlemen skimps out heavily on serving portions. Requested double and received the equivalent to a half scoop of barbacoa and chicken

Horrible management and portions and always out of ingredients. Don’t waste your money here.
This is by far the worst location I’ve visited. If it weren’t so close to the university, I doubt it would stay in business. I arrived at 11:05 a.m. to pick up my order, only to find the store still closed—even though their posted hours say they open at 10:45 a.m. I waited until 11:20 a.m. and finally gave up.
This was especially frustrating during one of the toughest weeks of the year for me. All I wanted was some comfort food from Chipotle, and they completely let me down.
The food quality is also hit or miss. I never know if the rice will be undercooked, overcooked, or just right. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.
