Long time customer at this location. Had a very bad experience recently during their BOGO deal. Line ran out of all proteins and more than half of all other ingredients.

Horrible service, horrible employees, and the worst chipotle I've ever been too.

The service today was disappointing. The girl who made my order treated me with impatience and pressure, rushing me for no reason.
She also messed up my order, and because of that I ended up paying more than I intended.
It’s surprising that Chipotle hires staff who behave this way. Please improve customer service.
This place, unlike other locations does not skimp on the meat.

No offense at all, but the new girl could use some more training. I know she’s new, but my bowl was literally half the size of a bowl I normally get. Looked like she was making a bowl for a child. Kind of sucks, I wait all day for my one meal and I love going to Chipotle, but this visit definitely wasn’t worth it.

Do NOT order online from this location. Poor, sloppy packaging.

I just had the worst bowl of my life. I quite literally couldn’t taste anything in it. I’m not sick or congested—and the limeade tasted great as usual. I haven’t been here in 6 months, maybe you all switched cooks but the entire bowl was flavorless, I’m so disappointed. The chicken, carne asada, even the rice! Something it really weong here. I had to throw it out. $22 wasted

I was disappointed with the customer service during my very first visit to Chipotle. The staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful when I had questions about my order. I hope the management can improve the service experience.
Sadly where we are at in the world is/ people and or drivers *employed* will still orders. I know Gabby and myself are grateful that y'all remade it. It's greatly appreciated staff Grace and peace be multiplied unto y'all. God bless 🙏

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle branch tonight. The lady serving the food was giving very small portions — I literally had to ask her to add more for almost every item. When I politely asked why she was serving such small amounts, she didn’t respond and seemed upset and after I complained, she gave me even less food. That’s not the kind of service I expect from Chipotle.
However, I want to mention that one of the male staff members was very kind and professional. He even let me try a small sample of one of the proteins, and when I told him the meat was too spicy for me, he kindly offered to prepare a new bowl with different protein and rice. Unfortunately, he got busy helping other customers, so that lady ended up finishing my order — and that’s when the poor experience happened.
I really appreciated the gentleman’s great service, but overall, the experience with the portioning and attitude of the other staff member was disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location.
The rice is done the beans are done usually they're both still crunchy however I ordered queso on one of my bowls and I don't have it so that's going to mark it way down since it's just beans guacamole and queso and they didn't put the queso three items they couldn't get it

This was honestly the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The portions were ridiculously small — barely any meat or toppings, like they were trying to save every grain of rice. When I politely asked for a double chicken she put a small portion , the staff acted annoyed and rude instead of fixing it.ended paying extra for a small portion

No choice but to go nuclear with this review. This is being reviewed on various sites & corporate platforms.
I’m taking the time to send this message because I was very unhappy with my food experience at this location.
My order number was #395, and I visited on September 27, 2025, at 9:40 PM.
You promote the use of fresh ingredients and fresh food, correct? Well, at this location, that isn’t the case. Nothing about my order was fresh. The carne asada was cold, and the meat was neither tender nor flavorful. The black beans were dry, stale, and lacked heat. It seemed as though the food had been sitting out for hours, and the guacamole had an off-color.
As a longtime customer, I found this quite offensive because I spent my hard-earned money on a product that your employees did not care enough to ensure met the standards outlined in Chipotle’s mission statement. Why would anyone allow food to leave the store when it isn’t of quality?
What is particularly disappointing is that I believe the staff working that shift knew the food wasn’t acceptable. They seemed more concerned about closing up shop and going home. How do I know this? When you walk into an establishment and see that the cleaning process has already started, it’s clear that someone is ready to leave.
Why not focus on making fresh food and avoiding complaints like this? It was a very disappointing experience.
The sad part is that this wasn't the first time the freshness of food at this location was an issue.
