This store does not keep a clean work area. I stopped here to grab a quick somewhat healthy bite to eat. I took my food out the bag to check it. I sat it on my lap! BIG MISTAKE! When I put it back in the bag I noticed my work pants had greasy smutt and rice in them. I look at the bottom of my Chipotle bowl and see the same mess! That’s nasty! How hard is it to wipe the station down? I’m very upset about that!

I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I frequently come here with my soccer team after our games they are regularly out of steak every single time we visit around 9:30 p.m. This was the 3rd time in a row they were out of steak and pinto beans. Every time we come the tables are nasty and we have to clean them ourselves, the staff isn’t friendly at all either.

Need a NEW manager, this guy ain’t it. They don’t wear name tags so I’ll address him as blue scrunchie tall guy with a bad attitude since he wouldn’t state his name. He is rude, doesn’t belong in customer service/management and find the need to make snide comments to customers. Even his poor employees looked embarrassed by his lack of professionalism. Food is decent - they always wan to skimp or they’re out of anything you want, most of the staff if friendly/polite and the service is pretty quick. But this “manager” could easily be replaced by someone competent and this place would improve greatly. It’s obvious his lack of training and knowledge of the service world hinder his & his teams ability to grow/improve. A team is only as strong as their weakest link and he’s just that, remove him and they could have a very decent team and great location.

I’ve been here countless times. Recently has been constantly out of main portions like chicken, beans, guacamole, chips, etc. usually way before closing and not during peak hours.
Dining room is always unclean and drink/utensil station is pretty messy.

This is my fifth time ordering food through the chipotle app also I will check the option of including napkins and spoons from this location, and I had the worst experience. Every time, they claim that napkins and silverware are in the bag, but they never are. This is really really frustrating. After going home I don’t see them in the bag Worst customer service ….

One of the lady workers is pushing the food that fall on the silver roofline table back into the food tray bowls to serve there and that is not sanitary. I found corn in my bowl and I didn’t tell them corn but I observed the lady just push whatever falls out in the silver metal table that they fix the food on back into the serving tray bowls where it is being served that’s not clean nor sanitary and all the workers see her doing this and it not saying anything about it now this is my second time seeing this so I won’t be going back to this location…
