Love chipotle but vegans/vegetarians beware this location has put chicken instead of sofritas in my bowl on two separate mobile order occasions. The first time it happened their excuse was that they ran out sofritas...I let it go and explained to them that someone could be vegan like me or allergic to chicken. They were nice enough to make me a fresh bowl.A few weeks later I decided to give them another go but once again my bowl had chicken. I understand the accidental drop in but it looks like they ran out of sofritas and and filled the remaining space with chicken.In short, if you still wish to eat here plant based eaters either order at the counter or look at your mobile order before leaving the place.

Ordered online. When i arrived at the restaurant they said they run out of guac. But my order included the $2.75 guac. They didn’t want to refund but told me to contact Chipotle company. This is small amount but totally unprofessional. I am contacting Chipotle’s because it is a principal thing.

This review is for the doordasher FELIX on April 3rd at 9:30 pm who picked up an order for Nicholas P from this location and did not deliver it. I have reported it through DoorDash as well. Please stop hiring door dashers who cannot speak any English and do not use a translation app, and cannot follow basic instructions. They’re making the restaurants people order from look bad as well as the delivery apps.
