I mean it’s Chipotle. If you expect fine dining then you probably shouldn’t review it. Food was tasty, service was fast, and none of the employees were rude. That deserves a five star rating in 2025.
My Grandson’s favorite restaurant is chipotle and I have to admit it is exceptional. He always gets the burrito and I get the salad bowl. We find the service friendly and accommodating. Have to give them a 5 star review based on our experience.
I've only ever had 1 bad food experience at chipotle, otherwise it has been consistent for years. Tonight's service was one step shy of questionable; had to repeat order multiple times, rang up the order wrong twice, didnt give us chips and charged us for them. Didnt have white rice ready for customers to order. We were in an hour before closing, but they shouldn't start to prep for close and eliminate customers' ability to order their preferences.
