I’ve always been a fan of Chipotle.
The issues began with the server at the front of the line. Her attitude was shockingly unprofessional—she rushed through the process with no regard for quality or customer experience. When it came time to prepare my bowl, her demeanor turned downright rude. She made snappy, dismissive comments as I placed my order and appeared irritated when I asked for standard toppings.
As for the food preparation itself, it was careless at best. The ingredients were thrown together haphazardly, with little attention to portion sizes or presentation. My bowl barely contained the proper amounts of protein, rice, or beans, and it was clear she had no interest in providing a quality meal.
As someone who has worked for Chipotle in the past, I understand the fast-paced environment can be stressful, but that’s no excuse for poor service. The contrast between the standard I once upheld as an employee and the experience I had as a customer is disappointing. Chipotle is known for its commitment to quality and hospitality, but that was sorely missing during this visit.
I hope the management at this location takes steps to address these issues. Proper training, professionalism, and respect for customers should always be a priority. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued—something I never expected from a place I used to love.

Jaden hooked the whole experience up today! This boy can tuck some edges! Those burritos were no joke, and he got it all in there! I'll say, for a college kid, he still has a career in salsa if he wants! Thanks guys! It's gonna be great next time too, I know it!
I wouldn’t order past 10 at this location—received overfilled inedible quesadilla with no sides yet was charged for it through DoorDash. Just don’t accept the DoorDash order if you can’t fulfill the order, you think this is acceptable? Maybe close early if you don’t plan on cooking smh.

1st server did not ask if I wanted rice or beans. 1st and 2nd server looked annoyed when I brought it up. 2nd server skimped on the toppings. Cashier handed me receipt and just said your welcome and walked away before I could say anything.

Completely unsanitary. Girlfriend and I ordered online tonight and picked it up. We get home and open the bowl and hers has several flys visible in the food. Tried calling the store to discuss this with a manager and of course no answer. Absolutely disgusting.
Went in on 10/2/2024 and there’s was only one guy on the line working with a long line of people. His name is Jesus and he did a great job. He was calm cool and collected under pressure and knocked everyone out quickly without issue. He needs a raise

They never open in time. They close early and 3 times already I have found bugs/mosquitos in my food. When you order through pick up or delivery the portions are way less and not worth paying for. They should have better management in this place!

Horribly over priced. Food was sub par, and portion sizes have been reduced. Steak is chewy and full of fat and grisel and hardly any substance. Only the employee at the counter had gloves on. Others including shift manager had no gloves on. Most of the staff were rude. Was charged $18+ for a bowl with supposed steak and a double portion of guacamole. That used to be a single portion of guacamole. Don't recommend this place. The food was old and gave me instant heart burn. Also many unconstitutional and unamerican signage posted. Asked for managers info was given a number for automated food ordering.
