They have like two people working and so the workers are so stressed they get the order wrong. This kid gave me extra chicken when I just asked about the price and explicitly told him it was too much. $5 for extra chicken is absurd and they still charged me for it

Looking at older reviews here as well and it’s clear that despite the BS responses that are all copy paste from the “owner” nothing changes here. Just left this location after an absolutely horrendous experience there. They had literally one employee running the entire line and register so each customer was taking 5-8 minutes per person and a line was building up. The line with all the containers of food was beyond a mess with ingredients mixing into other vats of ingredients and most of the containers were empty or close to empty as if they didn’t want to prep anymore food. I had a feeling looking at the state of the line with all the mess that there would be further problems and there were. After spending 30 dollars on two bowls we got home (we live less than 5 minutes down the road from this location) and the chicken in my barely filled bowl (literally the bowl was less than half full after all of the ingredients I requested to be put in it) the chicken was ice cold. Not like warm, not room temperature—ice. Cold. Literally felt like chicken flavored ice cubes. There was barely any rice in the bowl at all and it was inedible and most likely had been sitting out for several several hours looking at the state of that food line. It is not safe to eat as it was not within food temperature safety zones. Threw the food away and will literally never return to this location.

I write this review not for the sake of hoping this location will get their act together, hire more people, and actually serve correct (consistent) proportions, that are safe to eat and not a health violation. If anything was going to change with this place it would’ve happened by now after the numerous 1 star reviews left by other people. But nothing has changed clearly. The poor mismanagement of this location will run this business into the ground and deservedly so. I write this review for prospective customers who will hopefully see my review amongst the other low ratings and avoid this place like the plague….unless ice cold, unsafe food, horribly inconsistent proportions, slow wait times, and poor management is your thing….if that is your thing you’ll be in heaven here.

Don’t go to this Chipotle branch. The quantity of food given is so less. This is not acceptable. Very unfriendly service - the lady made us wait more than 5 minutes at the cash counter unnecessarily. I won’t be visiting this place again. In the prepackaged chips bag we literally got 5 tortillas chips .. such a shame

Manager has an attitude and rushed me while I was ordering. She was trying to be so quick she flung bean juice on everything, only gave me half a scoop of chicken and not full pieces (what I would describe as chicken crumbs and shreds) and when I asked for more she gave me 4 tiny pieces. Not even equaling to a full scoop. Her attitude alongside the poor customer service and poor portioning led me to just ask for a refund at that point. I would suggest driving a little further to the lakeline location or picking something else to eat all together. And mind you I’m pregnant and hungry so giving the food back should say a lot.

Food size is small. They put an empty drink cup in a sealed package hoping I will fill the drink myself without telling me. I didn’t. So I paid for an empty cup and even tipped them for make that package in a non-busy hour. Great way to keep clients.

They make good bowls most of the days, but the chips are worse always. I just had chips from out of state chipotle and it was best as it is advertised. But here it’s always too much burned up not even a hint of lime and taste like cardboard. Also many times they are out of something even in evening at 6

The employees here were extremely rude. They just threw the items into the taco without any care. When we couldn’t understand what one of them was saying, they started laughing at us, very unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, it takes forever for them to prepare even a single order.

The food itself tastes fine, but the way it was served, in lumps tossed onto the taco made it hard to eat and completely ruined the experience. If you want to spend your money and get insulted at the same time, this is the place to go.

They’re always late opening and no joke there’s a line of employees whom they serve before a long line of customers even after opening late. Embarrassing.

Also, dunno why they would put someone on the burrito assembly line who speaks no English. Not helpful

had an amazing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill today! The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything was well-organized. But what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional customer service from the cashier, Alisha.

From the moment I walked in, Alisha greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Even though the line was a little long, she kept things moving smoothly while still taking the time to be kind and helpful with each customer.

She double-checked my order, made sure everything was correct, and even offered great suggestions. It’s rare to find someone who clearly takes pride in their job and treats people with respect — Alisha absolutely went above and beyond.

Thank you, Alisha, for making my day better with your amazing service. I’ll definitely be back at this Chipotle location again soon!

This chipotle location consistently has terrible service. They never have enough people and their employees will prioritize anything besides helping the customers in line. I feel as if when there’s a massive line of people in the store they should not be focused on dishes or other things. They should help get the line down and they never do. It is so irritating how slow and inefficient they are. They have one person on the line ALL the time and the person will have to get the food take off gloves, check out, put on new gloves and start all over. It is so inefficient and they are UNDERSTAFFED massively. they NEED to hire more people.
