The young lady that took our order was really nice. The counter where she dipped the food out was dirty from spilled food, the counter behind her was the same as well as dirty food pans stacked up. There were droppings of food in front of the register, by the drinks, on the tables. It really needed to be attended to.

This location is honestly among the worst I've ever been to. They give such little portion sizes and always take a long time to have your order ready. I would order ahead online and it still wouldn't be ready until 10 minutes after the listed pickup time. The cleanliness of this location is really bad as well. Every time I have gone here, there are crumbs/food scraps everywhere with overflowing trash cans and napkins everywhere on the floor. The staff are nice, but the small portions, relatively high cost, and cleanliness of this location really kill it for me. Would definitely choose any other location if you can.

EverytimeI come get they are always out of something. This evening had no veggies, no brown rice, No grated cheese. I asked How long it will be until they can make some and they told me hey wont have anymore for tonight. Someone isn't doing their job properly, or just too lazy to plan ahead and prepare better.

Note that a guy from Customer Service contacted me via notification about the recent review. The link he sent didn't work. I tried 'talking' to an automated attendant, but I might as well have been talking to R2D2. Another disappointment from Chipotle.

The staff were overwhelmed (understaffed seriously), but they were working hard and fast as they can. The chicken was very spicy and the rice was so hard, I thought I might chip a tooth. The drink station was empty (none of the teas were filled..dry as a bone), and no ice coming from soda machine and no chips available! Trash all over the place (next to soda station). However, staff were trying their Best (with trying to help as fast as they could with the growing line of customers). I dont blame the inferior food, no drinks, no ice, no chips available on the current staff. It's just sad to see my kids' favorite place to eat, going downhill so fast. I doubt we will return again, since my wife and kids didnt eat much of their food.

Girl at the counter gave me a pinch of everything. Pinch of bean pinch of steak pinch of salsa ! Like are yall loosing money or what i paid 15 bucks for 4 cuts of steak and a fingers worth of beans this is ridiculous

This place will rip you off. Ordered delivery in November and again in December, each time they forgot a side order of guacamole. Each time a coupon was offered with an expiration date. Cool! So to get your money back on an item you didn’t receive you need to spend more money at their store within 30 days. Straight up criminal!
