Avoid this location like the plague. Customer service here was horrible. I’ve never seen a bunch of unhappy people who get irritated by the smallest inconvenience. I suggest management to treat your employees better because they seem terribly unhappy. It’s nothing like ordering food prepared by someone who is frowning. I get it, the economy is bad and things are getting worse in this world but trust me, smiling will make a world of difference for yourself and the people around you. Go outside and get some nature or meditate, but please don’t be a Debby downer. I honestly feel so bad for these employees but definitely recommend a different location. This can ruin decent food

HORRIBLE location, they always have hard rice that’s not fully cooked, their protein is dry, lettuce is always brown & this place over all is just disgusting. I’ll eat at any other chipotle locations but this one!

TLDR: This is a solid location with good people, and consistent food.
I started coming to this chipotle quite a bit in recent weeks. I have to rate this the #1 chipotle in Austin, probably tied with the South Lamar location. I mostly come in the evenings during the week so I can’t speak to how well it is for all hours during the day. But even the few times I’ve been outside of my normal it’s been solid.
The people at chipotle in Austin always tend to be cool people I get to know. This location so far strikes me as another good location with good people.
I get the same meal almost every time so I get a good sense of consistency in the quality of food and the amounts. This has been the most consistent chipotle I’ve ever been to, and so far I’ve never had the dry crunchy rice that you sometimes get.
The outdoor seating is more pleasant than most chipotles since it’s in such a walkable area.
I will update my review if anything changes

If I could leave less than a star I would. The quality and portions are absolute trash for the price. Tried calling in on a messed up order and it just forces you to talk to an automated system. This is by far the worst location iv been to. Tried to resolve the issue in-store with zero resolve. Terrible customer service
Staff does not follow online delivery orders. I ordered double chicken & double veggie with large guac/large chip. I received no chicken, a very small portion of veggie, and a small chip. After waiting 30 minutes for a delivery order, this is a terrible experience.

They constantly DUMP salt into their food to the point it's almost inedible. Whoever cooks there doesn't try their own food. Guaranteed stomach ache.
