The service here is whack lol

I walked in at 10:15 bc it said closes at 11, but they claimed they “were out” of veggies. I get that the staff wants to clean up and go home and that good help is hard to find, but stopping service for basics an hour early is a franchise failure due to staff laziness. To the franchise owner: might as well just change the hours to 10pm. To everyone else, don’t come after 10pm unless you just want leftovers or are okay to get shorted, the grill will already be shut down.

Lots of dirty tables. Cashier charged me 3 times what I was supposed to pay. Was only supposed to be charged about $10, got charged $30 for a burrito & 2 small tacos.

I got a steak bowl from here on Sept. 22 and I haven’t had a meal since because I got food poisoning & my gut is in shambles. This was the only place I ate at that day. Never again <3

No matter when you order ahead they will find a way to make you wait lol. Then when you get there at the time your order is suppose to be ready, and ask them if it’s ready, they’ll just stare at you and be like “well get right on it” while they proceed to do everything other than prepare your order.

Every time I have been in a Chipotle it's hard to find a clean table. This one was no different. I can understand if they are busy but only maybe 3 other people in there at this time and employees were standing around. And nobody even bothered to clean the tables.

Smoke Sessions

Avoid this location like the plague. Customer service here was horrible. I’ve never seen a bunch of unhappy people who get irritated by the smallest inconvenience. I suggest management to treat your employees better because they seem terribly unhappy. It’s nothing like ordering food prepared by someone who is frowning. I get it, the economy is bad and things are getting worse in this world but trust me, smiling will make a world of difference for yourself and the people around you. Go outside and get some nature or meditate, but please don’t be a Debby downer. I honestly feel so bad for these employees but definitely recommend a different location. This can ruin decent food
