This place is absolutely disgusting. This is my second delivery order in hopes that may be they were just having an off day, but no, this place is horrible. The employees are terrible… You know what I take that back the manager that’s who this falls on I mean, look at the reviews. I wish I Had looked at the reviews, but I got it from the Chipotle app. First of all, they never put napkins or plasticware in delivery orders which is absolutely ridiculous. And yes, I checked the box. Secondly, I open Bye bowl and moving the lettuce back it looks like it had already been mixed together almost like they put it together dropped it on the floor and picked it back up and put it back in the ball and threw hot sauce all over it not even hot when I asked for hot, they put the bid and that’s why it’s so freaking gross… Well, not the main reason. The steak tastes like mushy cardboard and the beads are overcooked so they are just mushy sand And it’s just spreads all over the rice and it’s disgusting. The steak looks burnt. It’s like crunchy and then just mush it. I can’t even explain it.. After reading all these reviews now I’m gonna do whatever I need to do to get this store investigated and inspected ASAP because the store needs to be shut down. Revamped new management and then maybe open again. All of this falls on the manager no store no food store at that should have reviews like this years ongoing and nothing change. So I will be contacting the public health department because I have spent over $50 now on shit that I can’t eat.. I know y’all aren’t gonna do the right thing and give my money back so I’ll do my best to make sure the manager doesn’t get paid and loses their job. Cause YOU NASTY

I walked in and was treated by a really kind and warmhearted worker, her name is Jaida and she gave me more portions of food than I got anywhere else in MA coming from Boston. Love her enthusiasm and AL PASTOR chicken was extra delicious. Come check this store out!!

Honestly pretty disappointing. The line moved slow, and even with just a few people inside it felt unorganized. My bowl came out lukewarm, the rice was clumpy, and the portion size was small for the price. They were also out of a couple basic toppings, and the person building the order seemed rushed and careless. The dining area could’ve been cleaner too—tables weren’t wiped and trash was getting full. I usually like Chipotle, but this location needs to step it up.

I walked in at 10:15 bc it said closes at 11, but they claimed they “were out” of veggies. I get that the staff wants to clean up and go home and that good help is hard to find, but stopping service for basics an hour early is a franchise failure due to staff laziness. To the franchise owner: might as well just change the hours to 10pm. To everyone else, don’t come after 10pm unless you just want leftovers or are okay to get shorted, the grill will already be shut down.

Then when you get there at the time your order is suppose to be ready, and ask them if it’s ready, they’ll just stare at you and be like “well get right on it” while they proceed to do everything other than prepare your order.
