Staff is cool but if you go within three hours of close they will be missing half of the toppingsUpdate 1/29/24- service still stinks, workers don’t wear gloves, touching food with hands and after eating chipotle 1-3 days a week since 2012 I haven’t been to this or any location in 6 to 8 months. I walked out after my last burrito bowl was made in December

I'm usually a fan of Chipotle for a quick and tasty meal, but my recent visit was frustratingly below par, primarily due to the service.Upon entering, we were greeted by a long line, which is not unusual during peak hours. However, what was unexpected was the seemingly endless wait before we could even place our orders. It took the staff nearly 10 minutes to attend to those of us waiting in line. This delay seemed to stem from a lack of organization as well as staff preparedness.The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized and were not pleasant at all. This lack of coordination not only affected the speed of service but also the overall dining experience.This experience was a letdown, especially since I frequent this specific location. I hope Chipotle takes steps to improve their efficiency and staff training to avoid such situations in the future.

The employees do not care about being there and give the customer the worst experience possible. They under portion every food item and give attitude when you politely ask for me. As well, the prices have spiked paired with horrible service. They need to figure it out.

I can’t remember the last time I left a poor review for a place. Usually I don’t, but I was extremely unhappy with my visit here. I was standing for over 5 minutes before I acknowledged a staff member asking if she was taking orders which she unapologetically and unenthusiastically responded “are you picking up?” ..I would like to add, I understand that working customer service can be challenging. I’ve worked years of it myself. But this was a whole other level. Staff was disengaged and completely inattentive to customers. I received one smile, from one of the younger cooks.Price wise: My extra carnitas ($4+ alone) guacamole and chips brought me to $17.75. This didn’t include a drink.Honestly for this rate and for the portion, I may as well go to a restaurant where at least I can receive a smiling waiter/ waitress and be surrounded by a more welcoming atmosphere.I will not be returning to this location and would recommend others so the same.

Avoid this Chipotle location!You are looking at right photo. I order regular chicken bowl (I took a picture without touching my plate, its not the half portion but they gave me like that) . Half of my plate was empty I asked them why my plate empty they said this is the way they serve. It was terrible experience. Might be one of the worst location all in Austin. In addition, staff was extremely rude. Again, avoid this“CHEAP-OTLE.

I ordered two rice bowls and the rice in both of them were incredibly hard. Completely unedible. Incredibly dangerous if you have children as well.
This location might have some work to do… I went at 8ish and they were out of guacamole, pico, and had limited meats. I can’t believe a place that prides itself on its portions has people serving me likes it coming out of their individual paychecks…. When I asked about the missing ingredients they told me it wouldn’t be ready until around 9:30, not sure the significance of making ingredients 30 mins before you close but seems like a waste unless they are keeping them until the next day. Pretty wild how bad of an experience this spot is in comparison to other locations. Hope they can figure it out!

I went to Chipotle today at 8:30pm to order 2 burrito bowls. They were out of pico de gallo and guacamole. I asked if they would be getting more and she said “at 9:30”. They close at 10pm.. why are you waiting 1 hour to put out in-demand ingredients 30-min to close? Every bowl they were making others was lacking ingredients and they were skimping out on portions left and right.My partner ordered a bowl and after we saw his, we both decided I shouldn’t order. We left and I got food down the street.This is the absolute worst Chipotle location there is in Austin, TX (and unfortunately there are no other locations nearby). I understand if you’re “out of chicken” and making more, but for salsas and guac, it shouldn’t take you 1-hour to put it out. Especially when every customer walking in is asking for it. People before and after me wanted those items. This location needs to go through more training and treat their customers with respect.
