Whats not to like about a Chipotle! I got the beef brisket burrito, very tasty, ample legumes, no rice, peppers and onion, corn and queso, soooo yummy!

Even though I’ve been here many times before, this is the first time I am this dissatisfied by my visit. The place was a mess, food all over the tables, employees eating their food in the kitchen area, late orders, anything u can possibly imagine.

Very clean and organized. As a professional Chef, I was very impressed with what I observed in the open kitchen.

The food was very good. Well-seasoned and tasted fresh.

An exception was the new Smoked Brisket. I ordered mine as a bowl. The flavor of the meat was good. Just the right amount of smoke, not overpowering or "fake". But, the meat was tough. Not the juicy succulent brisket I was expecting. My guess is that it arrives pre-smoked, cryovaced, then warmed in the kitchen. It sits on the warmer alongside the other choices, and dries out.

Service was friendly. But, I looked at the picture of the bowl that is on display, and had to point out that it was supposed to come with Mexican peppers. The server added them, but it kind of felt like ordering a burger, and having to ask for the top bun.

Overall, a good experience. Next time I will stick with the barbacoa.

Beautiful Butterfly

Came to this location for dinner and ordered online. I ordered a barbacoa bowl with double meat, queso, guacamole, and all the veggies. I paid double for less. The lady at the window had a very nasty attitude.

Ordered from here occasionally up until now. It was ok before, but recently, we’ve had several bad experiences. They gave us the wrong food twice on separate occasions, despite one being labelled with the correct order name, and we live 20 minutes away from the store, so obviously we couldn’t drive back. The site offered no help either. Both times we were just given a “free entree” by a bot. Won’t be returning to this location.

My go-to Chipotle spot but sometimes it can be hit or miss, I would say the portion sizes are average and sometimes below average depending on the shift. You might get skimped if you are ordering online or using the drive-thru they have. The employees definitely sometimes look fed up and you might not get the best service, but they get the job done. During peak hours, they get packed and might not have seats available. Nevertheless, the place is clean, food is often fresh, sometimes they might have lettuce that is on the edge, but overall not bad.

This might be the crappiest restaurant in all of Four Points. I ordered through Grubhub - two burrito bowls. After waiting 45 minutes the delivery showed up in a sealed bag with a receipt attached saying 2 burrito bowls. In the sealed Chipotle takeout bag there was only one bowl!!! My fridge is broken (until tomorrow) and it’s a weekend, so this was my only meal option on a Sunday night. While Grubhub is refunding me, it’s crazy that Chipotle would put together an order and seal the bag with only half the order it in, while attaching a ticket stating both items. The most infuriating part is when you try calling that store, you get a voice-bot that won’t get you to a person, so I can’t even tell the morons at this Chipotle how bad they messed up. Terrible awful service, both at the location itself and also through the phone line. How can a business operate without answering a phone?! I tried 4 times to get the phone bot to give me a person at the restaurant, but Chipotle doesn’t care about talking to people, apparently. Never, ever, ever again! And I’ll make sure I tell every single person I know not to eat there.

The GM was kind enough to let me have the email even though I was short changed I even insisted on a refund with no problem. Thank you guys I’ve been feeling Sunday blues and you guys made my day . Everyone was friendly as well.
