So, this is the 2nd time I visit this location in the last couple of months and it hasn't been great. The food is lacking. This time they were out of queso, guacamole, and regular cheese. The employees seemed new, so I tried barring with them but my patience was definitely being tried. I asked for half and half meat and was charged double meat when the employee only literally gave me two chunks of carnitas. The one person who seemed to not be on his first day had to help refund me as I felt I wasn't charged correctly. He was also the one who said the truck comes in tomorrow. Come on, know how much your store sells. Chipotle in general has gone down. Probably just going to cut my losses and switch to Cabo Bobs!

Went in to order my food and a nice older gentlemen was making the orders. Unfortunately while my food was being made, everytime he would ask a question about what I wanted, spit would fly out of his mouth right into the food. I didn't have the heart to tell him never mind. But yeah, never mind. Sure this probably happens a lot but to see it is another thing. Maybe wear masks if you are the one standing over the food.

If I could give them no stars I would. Save your money. This place is always trash, they skimp out on a full scoop for you and it's always dirty and they block off the restrooms for patrons.

I stopped by here with my son and sister about 2:50pm on a Sunday afternoon. We were visiting from out of state. It may have just been due to the time of it day, but it was difficult getting into the parking lot due traffic blocking the entrance.After parking and going inside, it was empty. I got my son the kids build your own tacos with white rice, pinto beans, and chicken. I got a chicken burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, veggies, and queso.It was warm outside (about 70), so we decided to eat in the patio area, which turned out to be nice. I noticed there is a view of the city, which is nice.I rarely eat chipotle but my sister loves this place. I enjoyed my burrito. There was a little spice to it but it wasn’t overwhelming. My son ate all his food and he enjoyed it. My sister, of course, said her food was a 10/10, lol. The staff were friendly and the store was clean. No complaints.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids build your own tacos or quesadilla

When I say I am a regular here, I mean that I've probably spent near a thousand dollars here over the past year. I can confidently say that I am done visiting this location until something changes. I feel like I'm going insane thinking that something is gonna change when I walk in every time, they are always missing ATLEAST one of my ingredients, and it's almost always steak. You usually can never get a timeframe on when the steak would be done from any employee on the line. Today's experience went like this:No steak when I asked for it, told them I'd wait, waiting for 10 min, finally get my double portion of steak, ask for queso, no queso, told them I'd wait, somehow takes another 10 min to grab another bag of queso, at this time my half made bowl had been sitting out with the lid open, thankfully the line employee offered to make me a fresh bowl, only to find out that somehow after 20 min they still don't have enough steak on the line to give me a double, at this point I'm so frustrated I just finish up my order and got out of there. Employees at this location know that I'm a regular, and offered a "recovery" by giving me my queso for free, of course I appreciate the gesture, but is just simply not proportional to my experience. I'm taking the time to write this in the hopes that someone there sees this and figures out who I am, because I'd like to keep going to this location considering I'm right next door, but I'm tired of leaving this location hungry and upset. Please be better.
