Hi, I recently bought a bowl from Chipotle and I was really disappointed. I received only two small pieces of meat and very little salsa. The portion was much smaller than usual. I hope you can review this issue with that location. Thank you.

Really disappointed with this Chipotle. The guy behind the counter told me they were almost out of rice for the day, so he could only give me a light scoop. I didn’t even ask for extra because I felt bad, but it’s ridiculous that a customer has to worry about that in the first place. He basically made their problem my problem — and I’m the one paying. If you can’t even serve a full portion, maybe close early or make more rice.

Wanted a burrito on the way home. Stopped at drive in window where there were no cars in line. I was told I had to place order online and choose a time. I parked in the Chipotle parking lot and placed my order online. Then waited 5 mins to get my order. They were not busy at the drive in and I would gladly have waited. Still think this is ridiculous and left with a non happy feeling.

So many wrong orders… and all they do is offer you a “free” entree as a replacement for the inedible one that you paid for. The math doesn’t math. Mostly it would be nice if they could just get the order right.
Got a burrito bowl asked for rice no beans chicken and some other items. Guy behind me asks for no rice double beans and I can tell his portion is visibly much larger than mine. So I wasn't asked to have a double portion of rice since I didn't want beans. So I got charged for a full bowl when it wasn't a full bowl it didn't fill the bowl at all so for the price and what I received I was left disappointed and everything costs too much these days exponentially exasperating the issue.

I've been to this location a few times, usually it is okay, but today was a complete waste of money. There was about 5 pieces of chicken in my burrito. It was 70% rice at least, also the veggies were very overcooked and gross. Took a couple bites then opened the burrito to look at the chicken and veggies. Then threw it out. Avoid this place you're almost gaurenteed to have a problem if you go or order from here.

Good food typical for Chipotle. Beautiful Hill Country views from the front windows. Friendly and efficient staff. A bit small and often busy.

A corner cutting, unskilled, branch of chipotle. Try not wasting your money here.
Little kindergarten kids can roll better burritos than the crew at the location.
They are super stingy in putting together bowls. Seems like a clear directive from their bosses.

This is a zero star review, although it is not possible to give less than 1. My daughter ordered a bowl from this location last Friday. As she was eating her bowl she had a very metallic taste in her mouth. She thought it was the foil but it became very strong and tingled. She spit out most of her food and found a button battery. She could not be sure she didn't swallow another one. I called the poison control number and was told to go immediately to the ER for an X-ray. I called the Beltera Chipotle location on my way to the ER to let them know to check their food for possible contamination and to see where the battery could have come from. I received no response. I went to the location on Saturday to show them the battery so they c Ould see what equipment it could have come out of. I spoke the on-duty manager. He assured me they would get back to me. They did not. I called that night and we discussed that there was no video showing anything but that the GM would call us Monday. I called and finally spoke to the GM on Wednesday. He'd assured me it was with corporate and he would get back to me with-in 5 hours. Nothing. Obviously they just want it to go away and plan to ignore me until I quit. This is not a location you want to support.
Dietary restrictions: Alergic to batteries.
