Wanted a burrito on the way home. Stopped at drive in window where there were no cars in line. I was told I had to place order online and choose a time. I parked in the Chipotle parking lot and placed my order online. Then waited 5 mins to get my order. They were not busy at the drive in and I would gladly have waited. Still think this is ridiculous and left with a non happy feeling.
Got a burrito bowl asked for rice no beans chicken and some other items. Guy behind me asks for no rice double beans and I can tell his portion is visibly much larger than mine. So I wasn't asked to have a double portion of rice since I didn't want beans. So I got charged for a full bowl when it wasn't a full bowl it didn't fill the bowl at all so for the price and what I received I was left disappointed and everything costs too much these days exponentially...
Best barbacoa and steak bowl I had in this area, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean and organized, thank you.
