I had went into this chipotle earlier only to have to endure a long wait and overhear some of the foulest language being spoken to the line chef. She was being commented on about her body with no manger or other staff insight to defend her. Speaking of, there were no other staff except for the line chef and someone working the grill. I don’t think any service workers should willingly have to take this harassment at work nor work in such harsh conditions due to being understaffed which is questionable because I’ve come in many times and seen the store staffed with at least 4 more people than I saw today. Despite the poor service and even poorer atmosphere the line chef still did everything she could to give me a good burrito. I didn’t catch her name but she had blonde curly hair fair skin and was around 5’2 she should be praised for her hard work and be backed up when in situations like the one mentioned.

I had never been but commercials made it look so good over the years so i decided to finally try it. Food was trash. I paid $18 for an oversized burrito that had no flavor. Never ever again will I walk into ANY of these establishments.... no thank u the owner who reached out to me. Like I said I will never walk into any of the Chipotle establishments. This was the 1st and last time. Too bad it had to be the RIVERSIDE location bc Im always on Riverside for work. I wish I would've read the reviews at this location before I went in. Crazy how the employees are unprofessional and how the portions are skimpy. Although I didn't experience any of that maybe the owner should get new management and start over bc it seems to be a disaster.

we always give this chipotle the benefit of the doubt but they always disappoint. they under portion and under season EVERYTHING. if you have the option to go to a different chipotle PLEASE go to a different location. so disappointing.

The rice is under seasoned, they skipped out on our portions. There was BARELY any meat, I asked for EXTRA fajita vegetables and what do I find when I picked up my order? Absolutely NO vegetables. It's unfortunate that this is the only chipotle near me

I recently visited Chipotle and ordered a carne asada burrito. Upon returning home and beginning to eat, I discovered the meat was undercooked. I returned to the restaurant and waited in line. When I reached the register, the person assisting me was impolite. This experience was unprofessional, and I believe it's important for customers to be treated with respect.
