i get chipotle every day never have i seen such small portions. Go to any other restaurant or chipotle nearby not this one.

I always order ahead because I have a very short lunch. Two times not I’ve waited over 15 minutes from the time it was supposed to be ready. With literally no one in the actual line. I could have just gone through the line. Today the wait was for meat. They left the food sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes while they make the meat, I asked them to remake it so it wasn’t cold and I’m happy they did, but it’s just so frustrating because I run out of lunch time waiting for an order that was supposed to be done before I got there. They are also marking them as ready on the app even when they are not. I’m sure to avoid getting in trouble.

It's pretty good. Depends on the time of day.You go. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they do what the can did give you what you want. The only issue is it's right next to west lake high school.So lunch is a madhouse.

My rewards history shows I’ve visited this location less than once a month in the past few months, unlike before when I visited three or four times a week. The change is most noticeable in the location closest to my house. This Chipotle is consistently terrible. Every time I walk in, I’m amazed at how they maintain such a low level of quality. The food in the line looks unappealing, and I question whether it’s worth my time. The staff is nice, but I feel like I’m getting ripped off. It’s unclear if it’s my fault or theirs. Compared to the old location on South Lamar, this place is in a state of disrepair. For example, they’re out of everything, including salad and fajita vegetables for a vegetarian order. The steak is gray, the carnitas is dried out, and the queso is solidified because it’s not fresh. Fajita veggies are not even a high-cost ingredient. Meanwhile, we have cold items outside the cold hold because people want to start cleaning and closing early. They resent the store’s closure at 11. These are nice people you should accommodate your employees.The store is essentially empty by 9, so closing at 10 makes sense. However, the portions are bad, and there’s cold, old protein. Clearly management is too worried about their bonuses and are mistreating staff and ruining customer experiences to make it happen. This is one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. People don’t return because of the poor portion sizes and food quality. It feels like there’s a lack of care from management. The store doesn’t resemble anyone who cares. It’s the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Driving an extra 15 minutes to a different location to avoid eating old, half-portion food is absurd. Someone at this location should feel the pain because this company and store are costing the company money. The share price is tanking, and same-store sales are declining. It makes sense. People shouldn’t want this product. Please find a way to improve.
UPDATE: the managers just reply some copy paste with a website like with everyone but I have reached out multiple times and gotten 0 response these people couldn’t care less

Best one in the area! Everything is seasoned right-not too salty and not too bland (thank you to all chefs on deck!). The chips are reliably salted just right and LIMED properly! No others compare to this location. There may be just ONE guy behind the counter who seems grumpy or bothered to work there, but I pay him no mind. Overall, I am very satisfied with this locations consistency.

My online order was 45 minutes late. It was room temperature and missing ingredients. The pickup line was backed up with at least 10 others in similar situations. We were not able to cancel or do anything with the orders through the app. Management is a problem and didnt have a clue how to address the issue.
I’m mostly mad at myself for giving up so much of my time. I should have just walked out and eaten somewhere else. Even without a refund, time saved would have been worth it.

Went there for a weekend treat but was very disappointed, they added beans after I didn’t say to, forgot the vinaigrette, chips were way too salty, and the food was a soggy mess within 5 minutes. Do not go to this location.

It was food. It nourished me
This chipotle STEPPPPPED IT UP!!!!! I have been boycotting chipotle for years because the quality went straight down. I had been going real hard on Cabo bobs all the different tortilla choices and sauces the fresh taste. But today I was just feeling chipotle figured i would get it a try again. This chipotle did not disappoint!!!!! From walking in the door being greeted with a smile and bow is my day going. I got my bowl made everything was fresh and delicious. I can’t wait for my journey back to chipotle.
