if I’m paying $15 for a meal.. I fully expect to get my moneys worth..it’s very upsetting when the server gets a semi scoop of an item and proceeds to shake off even more food to lessen the amount.. one serving is 4oz ( a serving spoon size) not a half spoon scoop.increased pricing and less food.. that’s what we’ve come to. SMHTo the credit of this stores employees.. they were very nice. I’m assuming they are just following corporates greedy instructions.

Half the tables were covered in leftover food and dirty. There was rice and crumbs all over the floor. On top of that I payed 17 dollars for a burrito and drink. This place was by far one of my worst experiences at any restaurant anywhere.

(DELIVERY REVIEW)Ordered a quesadilla for delivery. Instead I got two tiny pieces of tortilla with a few pieces of chicken scattered about. Literally less than half the size a quesadilla should be. Tried to call and ask why and instead argued with a robot for 5 minutes trying to get a human on the phone. I'm sure going in the restaurant leads to a good experience but delivery seems to be an afterthought since they know people can't call and get through their robot to complain.

We ordered a salad with side of guacamole using the app. Good portions, in-and-out, low hassle. I do wish there was more lettuce since I did order a salad. Hands down the cleanest Chipotle…maybe because it’s always empty. Nonetheless we were given the bottom of the brown rice it was literally crunchy and inedible… (she was literally scraping the rice yes SCRAPING off the side of the container) “lI asked for extra rice and she claimed to need to go make more “this is all I have honey” (MAMM GO MAKE MORE)also the portion sizes were laughable counting chicken as if her job depended on it… I literally asked for double everything… and they charged for itAnd the lady at the counter attempted to charge me for a tortilla on the side as well! SINCE WHEN!This is not the first time but will be the last time we visit this location for $30 + for food that wasn’t fresh and service that was mediocre is criminal. Proceed with cautionI wasn’t going to write this but as my lackluster food digested the more angry I became. Back to cooking at home!
