My mom can’t eat cilantro, so I asked for a rice without it if they have. My elderly mom has trouble chewing, so she couldn’t finish it, and I ended up eating it—only to realize the rice was completely raw. Who pays for raw rice? What a disappointing place!

I came in and ordered two bowls, but as I was picking my rice, beans, etc. it was a little hard. One of the workers seemed like she didn’t understand English much and put the wrong item in the wrong bowl (since I was ordering for myself and another person). The other worker offered to remake the bowl, so that was great! But as I continued down the line, I just switched to Spanish to let her know which bowl needed what. It wasn’t a big deal, but definitely helped that I’m bilingual. Others might not be! It also seemed like the two workers couldn’t communicate well within each other because of this.

Ordering was a little complicated, but other than that, the food was very good!

Definitely the worse chipotle I've ever been to. If you order online and they are out of an item you requested, they will just not put it on the burrito and still charge you for it instead of cancelling/not accepting the order. This has happened so many times I would rather drive farther away to a better location. The roasted veggies are also always burnt.

Ordered vegetarian burrito bowl and kids meal - both of them have the options for guacamole but the staff told us that was not the case. The website says it’s there. While it’s not a big deal to pay extra - the staff were a bit hostile when I tried to show them and said they “have been trained for 6 years” and they know what the rules are. I think they need some more training or your website and other stores need to change to this policy.

My order was missing in restaurant. I requested help through chipotle app. They closed the request stating unable to process the request, and concluded the issue is resolved, screenshot attached. Wow.

With great difficulty, i convinced them there is an order chipotle missed. After waiting 15 minutes, i successfully got my food what i have paid for.

This place is really messy I’ve gave it several chances. Will not come back here. There seems to be no management , they are always out of things and they are understaffed . I don’t know why this location is so unorganized in this area. I get way better service and food in other locations of Austin that are not as nice as over here on Brodie. They don’t even reply to the reviews. Nobody cares here

Bowl size was very weak, barley any rice, did not add hot sauce, and double steak seemed like a single portion. Disappointed, chipotle on stassney would never skimp like this.

I waited in line only to find out they were out of white rice AND steak. It’s 7pm. Very frustrating. Freebirds it is!

Quantity and quality are in downward trend in this location. Worst chipotle I ever had. They were so lazy that they didn't prepare Mild salsa at 7.30 rush hour

Seriously, no one was working there to serve food. The line was out the door. One person was at the cash register. No one was telling us anything. There was water standing on the floor in the place wreaked of bad sanitation and was dirty looking. We left along with many others.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to. Every time I come they are out of almost everything. The staff doesn’t give a rats ass. It’s absolutely filthy all the time. I urge everyone to never visit this location.

This location is consistently missing essential ingredients, but today it was the absolute worst. They had no salads or shredded lettuce. No black beans, no steak, no carnitas, and no sofritas. They also had no pico de gallo, corn, or shredded cheese. I basically pain full price for a bowl with white rice, chicken, and pinto beans. Also they’ve been missing Topo Chico for almost a month or possibly longer. I’m no longer frequenting this location.
