Just tried to have lunch here. There was zero line. One person was cutting meat in the background. One person was filling online orders. One person was seated doing paperwork. 2 of the 3 staff made eye contact with me. No one said hi or welcomed me. No one said they’d be right with me. They just completely ignored me. The 2 staff made secondary eye contact with me as I kept looking for someone to help me on my brief lunch break, but still absolutely no acknowledgement or any offer to help me. After several minutes of me just standing there and no one doing anything to help me, I finally turned and left. I have never experienced such non-existent customer service at any Chipotle and I am a regular. This location needs basic customer service 101 training. I will take my business elsewhere.

Visited on a weekend evening, quite a crowd and togo order took around 15mins post waiting in queue. Online orders accepted. Food is good and fresh. Courteous staffs who attend each customer. Parking located infront of the store but less accessibility parking options esp over the weekends. Have a good dining.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chipotle. I placed my order online with a scheduled pickup time, but when I arrived, my food wasn’t ready — I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes despite the restaurant being mostly empty. When I politely asked about my order status, the manager, Megan, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She used profanity, told me to wait, and even made a rude gesture as she walked away. The level of customer service and basic courtesy was absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.
