Been going to this location for about a year and a half and always make an effort to be polite. I mean I’ve been going to Chipotle at one location or another ever since the early 2000’s. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced contempt like I experienced from one of the workers today. It probably wasn’t about me and more likely because it’s a low satisfaction job but jeez man what did I do to you. I already go to Cabo Bob’s as a regular, looks like that’s going to be exclusive now.

Worst place ever. The crew is a bunch of layers. I asked for the manager and they said they were the manager, plus they don’t even know the rules of Texas and the way they have to treat clients. If you go there you will waste your money. Save it and go to a good placer elsewhere.

The ppl there are really great! Food is wonderful and credit to the staff. You put up with ALOT of entitlement and rude ppl and still push through so thank you all for what you do ❤️❤️

I was so astounded by the cleanliness of this store that I had to write this review. I also told an employee about how mesmerized by the cleanliness I was lol. Genuinely impressed. Ontop of that, the lass rolling a burritto in front of me was struggling because it was double everything, happens; but it was completely full of juices as they do. Im so used to other locations just rolling the juices into it, making a soggy mess, She pressed harder, created a funnel from the foil and poured all the juices into a container before finishing the roll... Absolute professionalism. And THEN she was wiping down surfaces between orders. Almost seemed like I was being pranked, in the right way. As someone who moves and travels non-stop, this is easily the 50th chipotle i've been in. I've never seen this level of professionalism at any of them. Kudos
