I placed an order on the Chipotle website. Ordered my food. A friend went to pick it up. She asked them where my drink was and they told her in the bag. ?. So she was thinking they filled the cup and put it in the bag....no I get the bag and all that's in there is an empty cup. Now I do know if this had been an Uber pick up you can't break the seal....wth would put an empty cup in sealed bag. And if you do that tell the customer or whoever is picking it up where you can get the drinks because not everyone knows. O then I get on the website to try to get a refund. No and because I refused to get a reward drink....they erased my whole order from the online chat. I tried to go back and ask for a refund again it said order not found. That's ok because I'm going to call corporate ?

Love chipotle but no utensil to eat my salad and you forgot my dressing!
Today was a very disappointing day for me, getting lunch from a “clean” restaurant, boy was I wrong. The manager GUSTAVO needs to be fired. The company needs to look out for the quality of food that’s being handled and the management that’s handling is obviously not trained
Why did the guy working the front tell me the corn mixture had no spice…? Can’t eat my bowl, it’s a medium spice level on their menu and tastes about a medium spice level. I can’t eat spicy foods. What a waste of a bowl. Also, he was very short and rude the entire order. Won’t be coming back to this location because of that one employee.
